Damn it! Haha. So I ended up winning $819 last night at a game in NYC. Flopped a few sets, standard stuff. I took the ferry home at 7am while everyone was going to work. I was going back to my sisters place to sleep. Haha I wouldn't have it any other way. I had to walk through a train station with bums galore with $2,000 in my pocket haha. I saw a girl fight on the ferry. Hair pulling and kicking. Ghetto not sexy. Spoke to John (nicolak) and Joe Tehan about staking me in the wsop 1k yesterday. Got an email from a publisher asking me to write about my story which is pretty sweet. Oh and I spoke to Faraz Jaka about potential poker business opportunitites. It was a productive day. Do work. Make shot happen because it won't happen by itself!

Playing in AC? At least in vegas i have found that similar sized PLO games tend to be a lot weaker NLHE games.

That said, its good to see youre back to grinding cash games again. I know youre still drooling over that big score, but get the BR healthy first. WSOP season is 30 days away, and there are going to be 300s and 500s with six figure prize pools, reasonable rakes, and structures that allow for a ton of play.

Dropped 4 buy ins playing PLO. Missed a huge draw (ran it 3 times) then ran a decent bluff into middle set. Oops. I managed to lose 20% of my roll to nlhe players that overvalue big pairs...they thought I was the fish haha

Great story man been reading it the past few days. I actually live an hour outside of Tampa and grind at the hardrock for the past two years at 1/2 and 1/3. It's crazy ive probably played with you and didnt even know it i found this from one of my 2p2 buddies and was shocked. Wish i would have know the story then we couldve kicked it for sure.
