My name is Jay, I am 32 years old live in UK.

I started play poker from those play money games，try to get better at the game around the end of 2013. Learning all different strategies and poker theory, mostly play 6 max zoom game , start from nl2 only made to nl25 then start losing again.

This is my second time try to join the CFP , fail last time because I couldn’t finish the challenge for 100k hand, this time I will give myself a last chance , try to learn the HU game from those professional and to finish the 60K challenge within a year.

Good luck, OP. NL25 is damned hard, and I say that as a guy who beats 2/5 (NL500) live.

It’s been a while since last update, just got my first coaching session scheduled. Only play at NL2 to try out atm, need to do more work on my game.

NL2 is good. I played up to 100$ mtts/sngs back in the day (with FTs) and still can't profit at cash.

Had my first coaching session yesterday, there has something wrong with my PT4 report , coach was shocked to see i have around 8000 hands in non-standard play report.(So do I

)

After I get everything set correctly still see 125 hands in the there.

.There are many spots i know what is the correct move but i didn't do it, coach was not happy to see that , saw the note for next coach to check if i keep making those mistakes .

I'm going to keep watching those videos until I can get everything done correctly.

Merry christmas everyone~ Wish you all running hot on your tables.

After last coaching session i try to cut my tables , play one or two tables at the same time, also follow standard line all the time, even two tables still making some mistakes.

Need to working on the range a bit more, will keep playing and doing exercise to build up confidence then adding tables.

Finish my second coaching yesterday, we had some sofeware and connection problems,plus my headphone was broken , didn’t notice it until the coaching started, compare to last week i did ok .Still have problem with standard lines and villain selection . Need to quit more often , get used to play anyone in stars.

Sounds like tilt....the biggest killer of any win rate. GL with your goal.

Time for update, didn’t play that much during the new year time, finish a coaching session yesterday, it was a great session, the first part was video review for another student, I also made many mistake he was making in that video, so i pick up a lot from it, in the second part coach find one of my biggest leak , would be working on it , hopefully can get it fixed asap. Hope you guys have a great new year ,keep crushing.

Yesterday we got a group coaching, learn a lot new things as always.

Have a really bad day, finish session early for today, got a bit tilt, close tables after losing 4 buyins.

It’s been a while since last update, just grinding everyday,watch videos over and over, have better understand about some move. Need to be more discipline about quit villain, had a really bad session yesterday, running bad also playing bad. Because just playing micro atm, not much actions going on, gives me more time to study, hope can move up asap. Good luck on the table.

Finally coach allow me to move up stake, after palying micro for around 6 weeks, because i made so much mistake at the beginning , it took longer than what i thought to build confidence and fix some big leaks.

I decide to take a rest for one day, will be playing from tomorrow, continuous working on the game, keep learning new things from every coaching session, hope i have what it takes to beat the limit.

Move up to NL50 for a week now, action is less than i excepted, maybe just because i don’t have enough poker rooms, as a UK player can’t play on many sites, most of time just waiting on tables, watching videos and doing equity exercise .

From this week we are going to have 2 coaching sessions every week, very happy when saw the news from BPC e-maill , every coaching session’s been great so far, help think about poker all the time, understand which play is better and why.

Things were going slowly, got really bad cold for last week, didn’t play much, one lesson learned : do not play when you have headache, easy to get tilt.

Coaching session for last weeks topic was BOP and Donkbet , which are i have most problem with , watch videos and leran, try to apply them in pratice.

Move to intermediate from this month, got lots of videos to watch and notes to take, also got 5 coaching sessions every week, going to be study very hard and working hard to stay on this level. Will be update short result every few days. Good luck on the table~

This is a busy week, first week in intermediate, lots of catch up need to do, videos need to watch and taking all notes, so didn’t play that much, hope can do better after learning all those new stuff.

Got one day hit stop loss and didn’t notice it until looking at amount of money left in the account, that’s a lesson learned from those sites without HUD, need to always pay attention on it. Finish 2/3 of videos, Learned what i was doing wrong on many spots, try to fix those leak asap.

This week I’m being very lazy, totally forgot about update until today login into the software saw the notice from it.

Still try to finish videos , many times watching the videos when waiting for action, then play for sometime forgot what i was watching before, need to restart again. Very hard to bring all those new knowledge into play, but it make many trouble spots clear.
