IRL weekend over. Just waiting for my train now which leaves in 4.5h. Was a fun weekend. Nice to play some live and meet "made man" and "iknowrexwondo". Really nice guys. Guessing made man will be tired tomorrow to say the least though

obv lost more than stoploss since Im me About 4.8k SEK (700 dollars) down. Ran pretty terrible, bricking all draws and missing pretty much every flop. Also played pretty bad (ldo), day 1 I adjusted poorly vs the extremly loose passive game. Day 2 I played better imo but still made some mistakes.
Also lost probably something like 1k sek in pots I would have won due to being a livefish

1. Openfolded before seeing turn after I bet flop with trips and got on caller. I thought everyone folded and that the pot was mine.

2. Got my hand mucked by floorman because i checked my phone

Some fun things I saw at the tables:

1. Mid age woman opening for 25x pre with 55. Getting one caller and they x down to river where she hits her 5.

2. Guy playing something like 100/2 pre

3. Froflmfao nit dinosaur checking KK in the blinds after getting like 5 limpers.
Later he 3bet a 4x open to 100bb and young reg offered him 100k to show a 2.

4. A tilted young guy 3betting pre, fish calls, I call with 55.
Flop is 233. I check, guy on tilt cbets, fish calls. I think tilted guys range is close to atc and fish I though like K or A hi. I call.
Turn 6. Guy on tilt shoves. Fish thinks a little then calls. I tank a short while. I feel like Im ahead. But am slightly worried about the fish. Even though he's loose I doubt he calls it off with A/K hi with me left behind. If it was HU vs the guy on tilt Im snapping.
I fold, river 5 (fml etcetc) fish turns over A4 for a rivered gutshot. Guy on tilt seems annoyed and mucks. He then says his hand had a 5, meaning the fish spiked a 1 outer

Probably forgetting some interesting hands.

Some of my biggest losing hands (in SEK and with about 50% accurate memory)

10/10 NLH
-1.3k with AA vs 24o, all in ott vs loose fish on ~2458

-1k ai pre with AKs vs KK against the mid aged woman who 25xed 55.

-unknown amount ai pre with AKs vs Q9o, same guy who had the A4o vs the tilted guy

10/10 PLO

-2k in a 3 way pot

I open pot UTG with AA68ds both suits the aces.
I get one or two callers, then a 3bet. BB who is loose fish flats the 3bet. I more or less turn my hand face up and 4bet to 900 with 1.1k left behind, 3better and BB flats
Flop is zzz something like 568r. BB donkshoves. I have just overpair and 1 backdoor flushdraw. But I figured lolpotodds and lolplo and called, the other guy calls as well. BB wins with 47xx

Dont remember the other losing hands at all.

Goals for next week
[ ] finally start my new superhealthy lifestyle for reals
[ ] win 700 on the interwebz
[ ] hang out with bro

Tl;dr ffs cliffs

1. OP sucks at the pokers
2. OP runs bad
3. OP is still happy but very tired
4. Lol live
5. OP sucks at the pokers

GLA!

So I was prepared to make fun of Garlic live play, but he is so depressed that I'll skip.

Spoiler:
Nah, of course I will. Tell me more please how you got destroyed by a bunch of people that didn't know the rules. First about the 55 hand - pretty clear call imo, you have full house on river, why fold? The open fold with trips is wp, for balance. Also I heard AAxx is not the nuts in PLO postflop. You should wait for AAAA to get it in pre.

OK, enough with my depressed friend. My giant heater continues, luckily ev is awesome too considering more than half is vs regs:

month so far

Bad things will likely follow, but I have to say this is the biggest heater I've experienced so far. And with perfectly good timing.

Heard more and more about tiltbook recently so decided to join, not that I have spammed there yet.

With 60s being a lock (haven't checked but probably less than 700 games left and I have something like 2.7 ev) I have to say I am slightly disappointed with the current change of rules at the 100s, but I probably expressed my opinion more than enough itt about the 100s division. Still I think 100s will be very much doable, will just have to embrace the variance.

No vacation so far this summer for me, but I am in the process of organizing a week in Paris in early October, kinda looking forward to it.

Enough random nonsense, gl all!

One more funny hand, again 60s reg, something I would not normally do, unless very specific reads:

      SB completes, Hero checks

      Flop: (40) K K T (2 players)
Hero checks, SB bets 20, Hero raises to 60, SB raises to 100, Hero raises to 140, SB raises to 440 and is all-in, Hero calls 300

      Turn: (920) 4 (2 players, 1 is all-in)
      River: (920) J (2 players, 1 is all-in)

      Spoiler:
      Results: 920 pot

SB showed Q 8 and lost (-460 net)
      Hero showed 4 K and won 920 (460 net)

Hey kobmish whats your total ROI at the 30$ and vs 60$ cartel regs?

I am running at ~4% ROI at 30$ while playing 80% of the time with regs. Do i have any chance entering the 60$ cartels or the skill difference is huge?

Also what bankroll would be appropriate to start fighting for a spot at 60$?

At 30s 5.5 at 60s vs regs little less than 3 (this is definitely more than what is realistic for me though)

I really doubt you have 4% roi playing 80% regs. Do you sit second? Cause else you are getting really high amount of regs sitting you. If you beat 30s regs with 4% EV roi over meaningful sample this is close to insane results. Anything like that and I'd say you won't have much problem getting in the 60s if your reg game is at that level. There is definitely difference in the overall level between 60s and 30s, having said that the difference between the good 30s regs and the bottom part of the 60s is not big at all (and it's arguable who is better). Still the difference between the best 60s regs and the average 30s is big enough.

As for bankroll - no matter how good you are or how good you play you can always run bad and lose a decent amount so I'd say have enough that if you lose 4-5K it doesn't bother you at all and can comfortably continue grinding.

      Thanks for the info.

Coming from the 15$ I was open sitting with sharky and every single reg at 30$ sat me. I had to fight them so almost all my games were with regs at the beginning.

So to start taking shots at the 60$ i should have maybe 8k? This would let me with 100 buy ins for the 30$ in case i lose 5k then?

      This will be interesting!

How many games did you play to get rid of the regs?

It didn't take long for me to get fish 90% of the time at the 30s

Some quit me after 1-2 games, some after 20. Some still sit me even though we are break even or they are behind me in EV.

Overall i think it tool me like 800 games to get rid 90% of them.

      Nice thread guys...

      Have a question...
Is it possible that when I open a game with Ctrl + S that I don't have like 3 ps menu Windows pop up?
I just what to see the table I play

How Many buyins you have to play a level and when u move up? When u stop the "shot" for the next level?

Really not sure exactly what you are asking about, but every registration option is in options -> advanced multi-table options, sorry I can't be of much help with that. Depends on skill and on level. I'd say 50, move down at 35 which is standard. For 30s slightly more. For 60s 150 BIs would make me comfortable. Unfortunately I am really not that experienced with bankroll management. Speaking of that...

I went busto today. Don't be too quick to be happy though, unless my backer decides he's had enough of me, I will be back. I hate the superstitious bs, but first of all I really didn't want to do a cashout and actually did 2. Anyway this lies on my backer's conscience. Also as I said in my previous post, where I was really happy with the 2k above ev stretch, I could sense bad things are coming. Well:

On top of that in the end I mixed running bad in flips, with running bad in cd, with spewing a stack or two in several spots. Having no money now, things got so boring I even did my hand history reviews.

Really should have been over with the 60s by now, even by my horrible standards, but recently I have 5 hours daily talking with a depressed friend on skype living in the US. Takes my whole grinding hours in the night. Still reminds me I am not a totally terrible person.

Anyway, I am accepting donations if anyone wants to put me back on the grind.

      Good luck all, run good.
