Thoughts on those hands would be cool. Reason for flatting KK pre? Nice read on the 2nd hand. Why the c/c river line? Good luck, I hope you make it soon.

You guys should check out his PG&C thread btw, he's a very good writer (although most of you who read mine probably read his too). http://forumserver.twoplustwo.com/17...e-pro-1032707/
And might as well check another couple pokepals of mine.
Been following your thread and you seem to be doing pretty well.
Good Luck with the rest of your challenge and keep up the good work !!
Thanks!

K K
I flat pre cause BB was a squeezy fish, BTN also had a fold to 3bet that was rather high.
A 9
Villain wasn't so good at valuebetting, I'm 100% sure he'd check back KJ, and 90% sure he'd check back AJ.
His valuejamming range there is pretty much JJ/99/77/T8/QQ+, but he had some timing tells regarding his flop call/turn call so I figured he doesn't have sets/T8 ever.
Grind Updates:
Had one of my best days in a long time (possibly ever, I'm not sure) yesterday, was +$3.2k (From that $1.5k).
Just shows how much more you can earn when you don't stop-win and book a winning day.
Ran hot, and was on the table with a huge 4 tabling fish. This guy lost probably $3-4k yesterday before he quit.
Reloading fish = awesome.
Also, reached my 300k VPP milestone and have ~$1.5k worth of FPP's.
Profit is on $6.2k for the month
Bankroll is $28.5k

Reads - not just what they do with hands, by understanding how someone thinks to know why they would and wouldn't do something with a certain hand.
Gameflow - Whether they're likely to play back at you cause of history or not.
"Gut Feeling" - Jared Tendler in "The Mental Game of Poker" describes this as skills that you've learnt to the level of Unconscious Competence. Which just means that you kind of "know" these things without really thinking about it because you've just developed it over time.
I don't think those HH's that I posted were hero calls btw, cause if you had played the same hands vs villain that I did, you'd know that they weren't thin calls at all.

Time to grab some food and put in another few hours of grinding...
4 hours so far today. Played 7.5 hours yesterday.
Reached 40 hours and 18000 hands for the month
Checking back ldo, after all, he called on *this* river haha.
Villain was very bad, huge calling station. Even though he's a reg, he just never gives me credit for anything yet doesn't realise that I never bluff him past the flop and only semibluff him past the turn.
Oh, if you guys wanted to see a terribad call by me, here's one for the lols.
