Im witty this morning after a nice rest and wake n bake fatty.

Yesterday was awesome. No meetings, models or aggressive business, just knocked some fun stuff off the list. I was for sure heading for burn-out and a road to destruction with all the traveling and pushing hard but I put the brakes on at the right time. Im doing the same thing today, just going to bake, eat, rest, exercise and have fun. Tomorrow I go on vacation and will try to keep work minimal but at the same time man the needed stations so I can get closer each day.

Haha that's a good one.
I paid around $220 us for an oz of top shelf strains (was picking up in bulks tho 1,2oz at a time so that would give me much better deal) that's still considerably cheaper than what you pay in us dispensaries or black markets considering the quality I got.

I do not know the details within the law but they have medical dispensaries as well and besides for medical use I think it's technically illegal. But the overall atmosphere I feel it's very tolerated with a huge smoking population. Many were just smoking outside in public.
I'm now quite sure about decriminalization tho.

Is it time for trip to NOLA? Enjoy man and keep the grind!

220 for an OZ of top grade is not bad, I dont even look here how much for the top shelf as Im a low-baller. But for me it doesnt seem to matter the bottom and top sativa all do the job for me, but I think I need to dabble in hybrids more often.

Id love to get up to Canada to find out in person, lots of nice looking 420nurses up in BC and Seattle, I think a road trip is needed to find out more .

Off to NOLA now, its like 615 and I gotta take a bus, hope it goes well and I dont have the travel nightmare that sometimes strikes out of nowhere.

See you in the Big Easy!

Lol, six dot man, have u smoked from San Diego all the up to Seattle. Da weed is pretty darn diverse and danky on the West Coast.

MCB thanks and for sure will take pics. Still using my phone for pics but Im just a point and click donk anyway.

I took the bus from PB to the airport. It took three different routes but pretty easy when everyone speaks English and the confusion of traveling abroad is removed. No line at airline check-in or security. No up-charges on my one bag like I thought. Resistance is being very kind, but Im aware its lurking around the corner.

Wish I had a massive fatty, but have come to realize the next 5 days will be med free, but with my 12 hour Lay-over in Denver on Monday I will be able to make up for it .

That's a pretty ignorant statement. California is proven to breed the best buds in the world according to statistics and you can easily find out when you make a visit.
Even a coffeeshop In Amsterdam that I consider to be the best(the grey area) is ran by Americans. I'm sorry to here about your dog stained experiences in America, tho I can't argue with you that the beers are bad. Be a little optimistic and better luck next time!

California weed =

In Denver for hour lay-over, I wish they had a weed store and smoking section at airport so I can sample Colorado greenery, can't wait for my 12 hour lay-over here next week. I may just wander around the streets with my bags looking for a weed store like a lost puppy looking for home.

Made it to NOLA ok. I swear the plane was going down at one point outside of Denver. Pilot told everyone to buckle up including the stewardesses and then turbulence hit and I swear that plane was dropping down and going up and also going side to side all at the same time. Woman were screaming and I contemplated saying a prayer, but decided to save my one time and ride it out. When the plane got to NOLA and a massive cheer erupted from the crowd, I was quite happy to get off that death trap.

Staying at my friends small apartment with his family. I didnt book a room and my friend and I decided to see how it goes and if I start to stink like a fish Ill find a hotel somewhere.

This morning his GF walked into the living room I was staying in where I was hitting the couch. She was only wearing a tank-top and panties asking if I needed anything in Spanish and I told her, no she has done enough, lol. I miss Latin America so much. She wants to hook me with her Latin friends but they all are seeking papers so Ill pass. 7 years ago when I lived in Honduras she tried to hook me up with her friends, but they were all young 20 something baby mamas, and I want nothing to do with kids, then and now.

Loving practicing my Spanish with the family. My friend is 62 and the GF is 31, and they have two kids. He retired in his early 50s and just kicks it with his new family.

Today is a tourist day and will hit the French Quarter and chill.

Glad you made it safe but damn those kinda flights are so f&@king sketchy, and my god the women screaming definitely doesn't make it any easier!

Tomorrow morning you better have your camera ready for your friends GFs tank top and panty show! It wouldn't be creepy at all!!! hahaha

What was his profession?
Not sure of your age, but should consider enlisting him as a business mentor perhaps.

Won't lie MCB if that plane keep going like that I would have been screaming like a little girl.

LOL, for sure creepy if I asked for photo as I even felt weird writing about it, but with Honduran girls anything is possible, and they love to take ass shots. I told my friend about it after he asked how I sleep and he laughed saying she is basically a wild child and wait to see what happens when we go drinking with her Saturday night.

He was a blue collar guy who worked 30 years at one job starting at 20. He is awesome for life advice, but has limited business experience.

I'm already in contact with a San Diego based start-up community and hope to get together with a few people over there as they have a mentor program. I need to be careful at this point, but I do want to bring in people who have been where I want to go, so looking forward to see if this program will bear fruit.

Went to Harrahs and the French Quarter today. Didn't gamble, but my friend lost $5 playing slots and then we spent 30 minutes watching a juicy 1/3 game with me explaining the basic rules of the game.

Had a bunch of rum/cokes and feeling great, got some pics will put up later, but my camera died right when we got to sketchy strip bars but didnt go in as Im happy to keep my $ in my pocket and use for more resourceful things.

Enjoy your stay in Cajun country!

Flights like that scare the **** out of me too, every jolt I can just image a wing snapping off and ending up like a Kennedy. But statistically speaking we are much more likely to die in a car crash, air travel is very safe.

Nice to see you are having good times there. I've always wanted to goto South America but still haven't had a chance.

And good news! The green card just came through and it seems like I will be leaving around next week!

How's the neighborhood little Italy btw? A friend of my wife's recommended the area and curious about it.

Yo Pure my man, any recs of places to see that you came across on your trip?

Lol, dammit now on the way back Ill be dreading a wing or two snapping off, thinking of that .000000001% outer that may hit .

I have like 4000 pics of nonsense and its only the first day, please forgive me ...

I'm staying in Mid-City or something like that, get around on this thing.

Nice twenty table or so room.

They were running 4/8 limit, 1/3 NL, and some other spread I have no idea what was all about. There was a 2/5 list building.

Found 2 for 1 well drinks and got these killer rum/cokes for $3.75 with like 3 ounces of rum each.

People its like 2 PM, go outside FFS.

This dude was sucking on the next of all of this chicks.

The Milwaukee Police Band was jamming out.

Drained a bottle of wine and about to crash early, looking forward to the next four days, Im in the mood to party, may go on a solo excursion tomorrow to find a little...

Wow, that is great news!!

I was down on in Little Italy for the first time the other day and it was interesting. I'd for sure live more in the downtown area, BUT for sure need an assigned parking space as it would be a nightmare with a car without one IMO.

Have you picked a place to stay while you are looking for the best area for you?

Is crazy, I love being in NOLA, but can't wait to get back to paradise in SD

Yes def running well at the right time !
I've contacted several downtown condominiums(highrises mostly) and these guys seem to charge around 150 per parking spot in the building. Compared to cities like ny and Chicago it seems reasonable but still it's a decent expense for 2 cars.
And in downtown areas it's mostly coin parking right?

I'm searching airbnb now and just got rejected by 2 hosts lol prob guys not updating their schedule and just in town or something.
If all fails we will have to stay a couple days in hotel and do some more research!

Very nice pics dude!

City Park is pretty cool, they have a free sculpture park. Gunna post pics of my favorites in my thread eventually.

Magazine St is kind of an interesting area.

The haunted cemeteries are good for ghost hunting.

Thought about going out on a riverboat but I guess I'll have to do that next time.

I also enjoyed cruising around on the streetcars, reminded me of SF only without the hills.

My experience has been parking at meters and a lot have a two hour max from like 8 - 6.

How long are you looking for on airbnb?

I just rented my place out for two nights next week and may head down to Mexico or visit family.

Cool man, Ill put those on my list. It was great being with my friend and look forward to hanging much more, but I seem to like to go solo at times as I can cover so much more ground and can snap pics on my own pace. Even though it can lead to trouble I also like to talk to strangers and being alone makes it easier to put myself out there.

Looking forward to your pics. If anyone here has not read Pure's thread it's a must read, been going on four years now so get the extra large popcorn out. His story is quite impressive and incredibly inspiring.

I'm looking for a month since most hosts have much better rate for that. One condominium we contacted is open for move in on mid April so we might need to hang around until then if we decide to go with that one. Doing airbnb for 10-14 days until I buy a car and sign a lease and then staying the rest in Vegas until the move in date is also an option for us. Will need to see if any host responds tho so far no luck.

That would b great if u like the area n got that place in April. Like discussed before, give it a good month to find the right area plus go through all the BS with renting a place.

Woke up with a massive wine headache took a walk in the apartment complex n met a Rasta guy n started 2 small talk about the rain that is coming down hard today. He is a blazer n now I'm sitting in his pad waiti for some needed meds. My friend knows him so I won't get ice picked, didn't think it would be this easy, thought maybe 2 to 3 hours of work. Expensive as balls. Hope it's good.

Yeah definitely excited for it!
Hate those wine migraines such painful mornings
Potheads seem to recognize fellow ones regardless of where you are in the world haha surprised it's so expensive there tho, is it all imported?

Yeah the migraine was bad as it was behind my eyes and I wear contacts so I have issues once or twice every three months even when I dont drink and it can be hell.

But poof just like magic is went away when I blazed with this dude. It was an experience as he is a local and he lives in a much different world then me. He is moving to Spain with his daughter in the summer. His story is amazing, as he is from a very poor background and he learned a trade in his early twenties, made some mistakes and now in his early 30s he has turned massive corners and is about to embark on a dream and he is taking his kid with him. He looks like a rastaman, but is not. He reminded me of some sort of humanities professor who is very passionate about his views and verbalizes in an impressive way. I do a lot of public speaking and I wish I had his skills as I need to improve in those type of situations. We talked some light philosophy and his view was really interesting and looking forward to keeping in touch with this guy.

The weed was decent, Ill post a pic later, but not California quality, but is serving its purpose I feel great.

Im not sure what the real prices are if u have a steady connection but this would come out to like $50 an 8th which is standard, but not for med as its a lot cheaper if u buy smart. Not sure if imported, I suspect this is mid-grade street weed that was probably grown indoors in Mexico or something (I really have no idea what I'm talking about, but is my stab).

Yeah tough to beat Cali weed
50 for 8th so pretty expensive tho! Compared to cost of living there I'd assume. Enjoy your time!
Grinding + Getting Fit + Crushing Biz from Awesome San Diego Quote
03-13-2015 , 09:53 PM
Yeah is a lot, but I think the cost of living is a little higher than one would think. My friend pays 700 for a 1 bedroom and its kinda one step up from the ghetto. Im not really sure what is expensive anymore as everywhere I go things are all jacked up. I left from 2007 - 2014 and lost track of time.

Today was really fun. I thought it would be chill day as it was raining hard. After hanging out with the bud dude I went with my friend to visit this old timer I met in Honduras 5 years ago. He is a Cajun dude who married a Honduran woman and he is back here for good as he is in his 70s and has health issues. He lost a house in the hurricane and was crazy hearing his stories from that horrible incident.

He had the most amazing dog. Im not a dog guy but after hanging with this little one I really was thinking a dog would be cool, but way to much responsibility, maybe a few years down the road. This dog lived in Honduras for five years and is 13! So funny and really personable.

Little beggar...

A lot of houses that are empty for almost a decade after the hurricane.

Gas is soooo cheap!!!

Little something something..
