Once you notice the horrible over the top laughing track of big bang theory. You will start to dislike it. its pretty cringy. Went from fav show to most disliked show


scrubs is GOAT. friends can always have it on background and still laugh at it tbf.

big bang theory is far from cringey, i do think it needs wrapping up in the next ~2 seasons though before it becomes like how i met your mother.

+1 to scrubs being goat, basically think friends is up there too, can just throw it on and still find it entertaining no matter what.

as in, once you notice the laughing track, the laughing track is incredibly cringy. not the show. the LT is what just spoilt it for me

tell me more, ive always thought they had audiences when recording the show hence the laughter.

Was going to do a big weekly update yesterday but I'm missing about 50% of hands played because of constantly switching between HM2 and PT4 last week, so I have incomplete graphs and stats for this whole week. So instead I'll do a bigish update when stars send me the hh's which is hopefully in a few hours.

About all the show ramblings going on, each and every mentioned show I absolutely love, from south park to friends, so yeah. Also for laughing, I'm not 100% if this is like a rule or a courtesy, but shows that have an actual live audience usually mention it, for example Guys with kids, before the episode start, they always say: Guys with kids is taped infront of a live studio audience.

Wikipedia suggests "sweetening" is used. This article suggests that the audio from the audience may be recorded separately and mixed in as desired.

The aggressive laughter was the first thing I noticed about the show, then I saw it was a live audience so I assumed the audience really, really liked all the jokes.
