Awesome thread. Looks like such a sick time. Would love to know about how much you spent during the entire trip. This looks like something i would love to do by the time i'm 30. Played a massive long day yesterday, 5k hands and managed a rostucko. Played well mostly but got real tilted at one stage and punted of a stack at 400 in with one of the spewiest plays I've ever made... I was playing 4 handed with 1 massive fish and this guy had 3bet my BTN 4 orbits in a row, I pick up KJo he 3b's for a 5th time and I decide to 4b, He clicks it back and in an act of total frustration I shove. Obviously he has AA and I hang my head in shame .

This happened when I was at -$60 for the day after spending the last 4 hours grinding back from -$900. Thankfully shortly after I played my first $1k pot at Ongame and a few other smaller ones and instantly sat out at all my tables up $8.52 and went to bed content.

Officially finished my stake at Ongame today after 150k hands and will be continuing on my own roll once I get back to NZ/Aus.

Last day in Mexico. On the homeward journey now, feeling a little melancholic...

In the San Fran Airport waiting for flight to Hawaii. Going to be meeting up with my parents and brother for a couple weeks before flying to back to NZ. Really feels like the adventures over now.

Dreading all the things I've got to deal with soon...

- Insurance (Mrs. Choice's hospital stay in Thailand and the robbery in Barcelona)
- Mail (I've got a box at the post office which hasn't been attended in 12 months!)
- My house (Given tenants the boot but got to move everything back in from storage)
- Job (Do I get one? Which? Full time?)
- The wedding (OMG)
- All the other **** which I'm sure will be waiting for me

Just got to push it all to the back of my mind for another couple weeks while I'm in Hawaii and then try and get into a productive mode and achieve things.

Arrived back in NZ today, adventure is officially over Will do my best to best to get some cool summary posts up in the next few days.

has to be weird to get back after a whole year around the world. gl mate!

p.s. just to keep the travelling thing going... i am planning to go to rajasthan (india) this spring + myanmar + vietnam in summer this year...choiceasbro wannabe itt
