Blog End.

I am for sure ending the blog this time. I was speaking to my mate Fred today and he said he was Unsubscribing as the blog basically read like a 'teenage girls diary'. I found that I wasn't annoyed with him but just generally agreed with him.

When I started the blog it was because I was at a low degenerate ebb. That made for exciting stories and good reading. However, it obviously wasn't good for my day t day life. The process I hoped the blog would achieve would be for me to honestly describe my day to day failings and hope that by doing so I'd eliminate them. That for the most part has happened.

Funnily enough side the blog I didn't achieve any blog run good. Suffered a really big downswing and have at times have had to step down for my sanity (this in its own right is something I probably wouldn't have done pre blog due to pride/ego). I haven't done any pit gambling really and the only sports betting I've done has been +EV bets from known beasts where I've been better small amounts for fun.

Since starting the blog I've been in the lab more than ever before. I'm definitely playing the best and most solid poker I probably ever had. I've enjoyed working hard to improve. I've enjoyed seeing that sigh in the regs eyes when I'm at the table rather than the hungry look of guys who know I might go off at any minute.

I went from wanting to have a few days to being with a girlfriend that I really like and that I'm really happy with (it's this stuff that I'm sure Fred was referring too haha). My life feels more balanced. I still tackle some day to day depression and things are not perfect but in general I'm way more in control and I'm way happier than I was back in August.

Thanks to all those who dropped in and said some nice comments. Poker is getting tougher but it's a great game and it's easily beatable still if you put the hard hours in and stay focused.

Gl for the rest of the year grind and hopefully all will crush in 2016.

Thanks for reading.

This is my graph since the start of this thread. Forgot to add it into the thread wrap up. Looks a little funky and includes everything from £1/2 NL and £1/2 PLODS to £50/100 PLO. It's certainly fair to say that since Vegas I haven't ran very well in cash games. Lost and been scooped in far more than my fair share of all ins. However, in my worst spell of the year to be at -£2k I can't complain and it probably bodes well for me that the London games remain decent.

Peace out.
