Dumbblonde's blog V2

Some of you might have read my previous blog, it took a nose dive and was nothing significant.

I am currently on a stake at nl20euro on MG, I am looking to be at nl50 at the end of the month and my main goal is for constant progression and improvement in skillz and BR. I am being coached by 2P2er called "Benjamin Barker" don't wanna say his real name in case he doesn't want that (im sure some of you will probs know it anyway). My staker is a friend who is also coaching me, he plays from 100-600nl... I wont release his name here either, not sure he has a 2P2 alias.

I decided I needed somewhere to compile my thoughts and post hands etc, I try not to whine and this isn't going to be the kind of thread where I post daily results etc, probably do something like that monthly to avoid the obvious.

So guess I should post some goals and graphs cos none of you will read this if I dont ;D

Goals
[] Progress through uNL and SSNL in 2012
[] Solidify confidence and emotional control (rather than just when im running well).
[] Start at an MMA gym by July 1st (I wanna get myself in reasonable shape before I go)

I don't work or anything so should have lots of time to achieve all of this.
I only play 4 tables so volume is a problem, I am only playing on a laptop screen atm so don't want to play any more than that. I could probably manage 8 at the max without autopiloting.

I will try to update this daily.

I will provide a more comprehensive background if anyone is interested.

Re: Dumbblonde's blog V2

Sup Bitches, got a session in last night, in which one of the hands I played brought to light a prominant leak that is one of the first signs of when I start to autopilot. The hand involved me failing to range the specific tight villains preflop calling range, which caused me to cbet like I usually would in that spot... the board ran out in a way that I figured I should fire 3 on (as a bluff) I got "coolered" when he showed the top of his range, but I should have just c/f flop vs this guys strong range.

Been for a run today so fitness check!
I have a session with one of my coaches scheduled today and ill be grinding tonight to catch some friday night fishies, I am English so will obvs eat fish and chips for dinner tonight.

Will update again soon
