yeah I am. Like 6k below BR atm and like 2k-3k in MU

Im really doing my best to get out of this downswing and pay game2eazy and jesse. I owe 2.4k$ combined between them. If I had any money Id insta pay them, I got into a huge downswing between 500nl and 200nl and have been trying to grind it back at 200nl but ev just raping me. In terms of game2eazy or jesse I never scammed or have meant to scam them.

Sadly with game2eazy he purchased the coaching package and I used the money he gave me, about a week later or so he said that he wanted a refund because he was sick or something.. I didnt really consider this a refund spot at all, but just because he was insisting so much and I didnt want any trouble I agreed to do it but signaled I didnt had any money. Its been 1.5 or 2 months which have been very rough for me and Im sorry I have still not payed them back.

I think he is in all his right ofc to post it here and make it known, but there is nothing sadly I can do atm, as I said to him on skype;

I was kinda reckless with my money and got into this spot, which is very different in the cases of jesse and game2eazy, I also have many other students tho which Ive never had any problems with. But yeah ofc Im not selling any coaching, and havent done in over 2 months (last was game2eazy)

I really dont know what else to do/say at this momment but to apologize and try to make it up. I dont really want to read all the comments atm because Im kinda life/poker tilted right now, and It wont be good for me, when Im a bit more calm I will (edit; nvm, already read them)

And well as I said, I have in mind I owe this 2 people and I will pay them eventually. Hopefully it can be very soon. I want to make clear tho that It has never been my intention to scam/trick anyone or anything of that sort, but yeah I have been reckless and ofc its my fault

I will say on chill behalf he did fully intend to give me a lesson and was never a scam . Unfortunate circumstances and a bad conversation lead to the cancelation.

How is changing casinos a snap-refund spot? Stupid western entitled-brat mindset IMO. I dont see how 2k is so important to a 10/25 reg when the 10/25 reg expends on how 2k shouldnt be important to a 1/2 & 2/5 reg.

Yes its the nice thing to do but **** if people werent so hypocritical it would NEVER be a refund spot. Reputation shouldn't be based on how much someone likes money.

Seriously you buy a gym membership and go back a week or two later telling them, man ive got allergies and decided to switch to crossfit. They'll most likely tell you to eat a piece of **** and enjoy your year of machine access unless you end up at a massively profitable chain brand.

OP has been great telling him that he can get a refund and to just wait a bit because he does not have the money that should be his. Complainer has been a big bitch. Guy doesnt have the money what the **** do you expect? how is he suposed to come up with money he does not have?

The only way to stop the cycle is somewhat reluctantly agreeing to refunding him in his timeframe knowing that you'll have to tell him to wait longer. Guy is completely stubborn and obviously a major narcissist(common trait in the poker world, i dont expect most people siding with the complainer to see this from someone else's point of view)

This isn't like signing a gym membership at all, for one they have stipulations and contracts to cover themselves for incidents like that, CS didn't. Secondly, in many countries if you cancelled within a week you would be entitled to a full refund anyway (covered under consumer protection laws). Thirdly, it is more akin to hiring a personal trainer than a gym membership. And yes, i expect that most personal trainers would refund the money too.

Anyway, It's whatever now and not worth debating. I just wish CS gl in turning poker around and repaying the 2 people. He's good enough so it should be ok.

Maybe it would be then time to withdraw some money from these investments if they exist. At least that's what I would be doing. It just sounds absurd a professional poker player doesn't keep at least 10-20k in cash to cover life expenses for the next 6months/year.

I'm Chill's backer. I read the posts about the coaching, etc... Here's what I know:

- He's a winning player
- He is in MU but he has positive WR at both 200 and 500nl (and running below EV the last 2-3 months)
- He's not a scammer
- One of his friends whom I staked stole the BR and Chill repaid me back when he really didn't have to

All that being said, he IS really bad at managing his money from what I have seen. That's why he doesn't have the money. I do believe he will repay everyone back once he has it.

Bought some hours off of Chillskill from a friend who needed the cash.

Spoke to Chillskill on skype on May 4 2014, where he confirmed he had spoken to original owner of the hours. He confirmed that transferring the hours would be no problem.

Recently PM'd him on JULY 2 2014, and have not heard back since. He has not been available online (he usually had do not disturb on 100% of the time - however now he appears as offline)

I have not heard back from him since JULY 2 2014. Has anybody spoken to, or seen him? I would like to get in contact with him, and seeing the above posts doesn't exactly make me comfortable.

Wow I can't believe OP would completely destroy his reputation and earning potential from coaching for a few thousand dollars. There aren't too many easy ways to make $50+ dollars an hour in this world. Well played sir!
