Put $500 on and start at 25NL, spend 5k on a car, and keep the rest for a rainy day/reload money if you fail. It's a terrible idea to risk all of your money when you're not proven, prove that you can do it and you'll move up the ranks quick enough on your own. That's how all of us did it, and it's the right way. A car is incredibly important, as is having money to fix it when **** goes awry. Likewise, having some money to reload if you fail is going to be helpful too.
Honestly, you can get a good car for less than 5k, I might spend even less of it on a car, say 3k, buy a nice ass TV, deposit $600 on a site and and sit on the rest, maybe update the wardrobe and whatnot. Getting $7000 and putting it all online is about the dumbest/riskiest thing someone could do, and I'm a risky as hell poker player who's played for a living pre BF and post BF.

Thankyou for the advice but I've been reading a lot of poker books lately and I'm not too interested in driving. I think I will put $500 on like you said but on multiple sites or maybe re-deposit all my money once I've became a winning player.
