good thread Alex, keep bringing those posts. Pretty funny how crazy your going on those steroids. I remember u wanted to start building muscle but were too lazy to go to the gym and so you just said youre beginning with cutting down instead. but apparently it worked out.

It is a good mix; however, when I grind I like to listen to what you might call a "very low energy" music. This kind of music is something I might put on at the end of a 24 hour stint... not at the beginning. The kind of music I'm more likely to put on while I grind might be some Bob Marley or maybe some Enya.

When red line is going up obviously we are winning more pots without showdown, which means we are usually handreading well combined with the fact that opponent can fold. Redline going down probably means we should be bluffing more in some spots or we are playing someone who rarely folds and wants to go to showdown a lot, therefore we attempt just to valuebet them.

Played a reg last night who was really weird. At one point I was wondering wether he was a bot or not.

He would raise 100% from the btn, and Cbet 70%. I was calling about 65% from BB and checkraising 50% of flops, and he would fold about 65% of the time lol.

He wasnt playing that bad, except the he would never give me any resistance to my checkraises. It was pretty lol. Finaly after about 300 hands he started adjusting and started playing much better and I ended up quitting him.

Have some bad news about the drugs. Two weeks ago I added a compound to my drug regimen called Trenbolone Acetate. Its an extremely potent drug, in fact its used in cows to add more muscle.

I haven't been noticing any huge gains from it, but the side effects are creeping up. Some acne on my shoulders and the most serious one, hair loss!

Im prone to Male Pattern Baldness, which Trenbolone can accelerate and sine I dont want to shave my head, Ill have to drop it and just go with regular testosterone, which is still fine.
