Hello 2+2, long time lurker here.
A little bit about my poker career so far;
I started playing for real money back in around mid 2006. I had no clue, and probably still don't have much. I didn't care re-depositing, and to this day, I could always replenish my bankroll to play recreationally.
Each and every time I tried to keep and build a bankroll, I would end up tilting and losing the lot. Sometimes after a couple of days, and other times after a couple months.
I have turned small deposits into several $100 or $1000 over a very short period of time, on more occasions than I can remember.
I am the first to admit that my biggest weakness is discipline and tilt-control.
So with any luck, documenting my progress here will help motivate and help with this issue.
Since I am mainly a sitngo player on PokerStars (thedazman), and only really use cash games when tilting. here are my overall stats and graphs from SharkScope;
Games Played: 36,308
Av. Profit: $0
Av. Stake: $7
Av. ROI% 3%
Total Profit: -$2,649
Total Cashes: $264,350
First Game: 25-May-06
Total Rake: $14,567
Total ROI: -0.99%
ITM: 44.52%
Av. Entrants: 60.34
Turbo Ratio: 87.56%
Av. % of field Beaten: 52.46%
So now that dreadful reading is out of the way, here is my plan of action.
I currently have $35 in my PokerStars account. I have restricted myself to tournaments with an entry of $1.50 or less, or cash of no higher than 2NL.
My main focus will be the $1.50 Fifty50s until I build my bankroll a little, before adding in different games, such as 45man or 90mans and MTT.
Well less of the drivvle, here goes.
Goals for end of March 2012
[ ] Don't bust, or deposit (barring any bonuses)
[ ] Play 4000 Fifty50s
[ ] Have a $500 BR
[ ] Keep this thread updated
I am going to reset my SharkScope graph to make it easier to follow. Thanks to all who follow or have anything to add
