I hit the gym today. Yeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeah. First time in the last 6-9 months. It felt so good. I trained 1.20 hrs, full body workout with 20 mins cardio

Pokerwise i runned bad again aka 20 bis under ev, while my red(ev) line is in 5.6%+. I see so many week players run good over and over again and i just cant understand it. My finish distirbution is really funny with 17.0%+ in 3rd and 4th places. 105 games played

Recently i watch big bang theory from series. I am a series junkie and i watch everything from movies till series. Anyway my point is that they said something that made me very sceptical. I will write it as good as i can

Secondly i would like to do a sport semi professional mostly football. I was to become professional football player and i was very good but i quit because of a psychology issue. Maybe if i try hard this month i could be in a good level. Dunno yet but this is something i really regret

Along with 95% of nutritional and weight losing advice out there, total baloney! It doesn't matter when you eat as such, but pre and post workout are probably the most important times. Breakfast is not important at all and in fact fasting for 16hrs between your last and first meal of the day is a well known extremely effective strategy for maximum lean gaining aka Intermittent Fasting. I dont ask to run good. I ask to run in ev but obviously stars doesnt respect me as player nor they respect the rake i pay. I will consider my options propably i will seek another platform that they respect their customers
