Well..SUMMER IS A BITCH...I found it very hard to grind this week as a single man...Most of time spent in the beach which was good think as a cardio but my volume was low as hell.I played roughly 400-500 games. Seriously i need to volume up fast.Starting now.Yes it is a summer,yes the beach is nice,yes parties are nice but i have to stick in my program.Nice finish in bop saves the things
I achieved 3 of my goals which i was happy.I was very frustrated with regs that registered when we are 4 winning regs and they have literally no edge in us
I played steadily 13 tables i am happy with that and i will try to play for 3 days 14 tables
I am happy with my cardio and i trained more but in expense of volume and food.No healthy eating during this week and my volume was low as hell
This was the first month i played terrible in my heads up game,calling 4 bet shove from tight player with A3s is terrible and i need to improve in that area.So i will watch one video for it during the week

I am thinking to play Italy to win euro.Dont know yet.A final is a final but italy has better team imo. We will see
