Well..SUMMER IS A BITCH...I found it very hard to grind this week as a single man...Most of time spent in the beach which was good think as a cardio but my volume was low as hell.I played roughly 400-500 games. Seriously i need to volume up fast.Starting now.Yes it is a summer,yes the beach is nice,yes parties are nice but i have to stick in my program.Nice finish in bop saves the things

I achieved 3 of my goals which i was happy.I was very frustrated with regs that registered when we are 4 winning regs and they have literally no edge in us

I played steadily 13 tables i am happy with that and i will try to play for 3 days 14 tables

I am happy with my cardio and i trained more but in expense of volume and food.No healthy eating during this week and my volume was low as hell

This was the first month i played terrible in my heads up game,calling 4 bet shove from tight player with A3s is terrible and i need to improve in that area.So i will watch one video for it during the week

July bounties:

My bankroll grew and i didnt calcualte rakeback/bonuses in it

Bankroll: 3000$


July Goals:

[ ] 4000 sngs
[ ] ev roi 3.5%
[ ] Finish distirbution itm 1st > 2nd or 3rd
[ ] Steadily play 14 tables
[ ] Leave the table with 3+ regs.Three winning will be my limit
[ ] Start healthy eating and loose 5 kgs during July
[ ] Join the gym


This week's goals aka Sunday till Saturday:

[ ] 800 sngs
[ ] Play 14 tables from Thursday till Saturday
[ ] Loose 1 kg
[ ] Go in only one party and drink only 2 drinks
[ ] Watch a video to improve my hu


I am thinking to play Italy to win euro.Dont know yet.A final is a final but italy has better team imo. We will see

Lol your june graph could be mine. First dig a 1k$ hole and then grind out of it at the end of the month and finish with a small profit haha

Nice turn around for June.

Regarding the table selection, I have been starting mixing some normal turbo lately, but I find often times the games are filled with at least 4-5 not necessarily great but winning or marginal breakevenish players.

Do you try to advoid those marginal breakeven players when the table is already filled with several winning players ?
Cause I read something that even marginal winning players can cause the drop of your ROI of the game..

I dont know if i play worse because i am more tired or i run worse or i focus less or the tables are worse but i have the feeling that my morning/afternoon results are way better than my evening/late night ones

Any advices to grind and keep a plan in summer?

I found it is better to grind one hour when you wake up, after that make a 15 min break to eat something light and grind again till you finish your daily goal


I found it hard to grind when i wake up and make a big break and grind again in the night.Am I the only one?Can you suggest me ways to focus during this summer bitch period?

I feel like my brain is always tied in knots after I just wake up so I will just stay away from poker stuff when I dun got a clear mind.

Worst week ever.I spent 3 days partying over and 3 more days to recover from hangover.At least i made a rhime

I feel embarassed,my volume is lol 145 games i think maybe less.Still in profit.I will name it the WEEK OF EMBARASSEMENT

Now i will grind.Now i will grind like hell.Now i will grind properly.Now i will grind with a schedule

I didnt eat properly,obviously when i am drinking like an alcoholic and my weight is stucked in 91.1kg

So the month is starting for me now

Goals till Sunday 15/7:

[ ] 1000 games including the 145 played
[ ] 88 kgs
[ ] 4 days cardio workout with some pushups and crunches
[ ] Combined ev roi 4%+

I will do it modafakaaaaaaas
