My guess is that you are not playing enough in position, and not playing aggressively enough postflop. Your aggression factor seems low. You might also be calling down a few too many spots with the second best hand, I'm also guessing that there's more money in the pot when you lose than when you win?
VPIP Positions:
EP :10 MP:10 CO:16 BTN:28 SB:20 BB:14

Don't know about that, seems quite normal.

You might be playing from the blinds a little too much. Do you tend to call flop bets only to fold the turn? Do you call preflop three bets from the blinds alot? Do you cbet A and K high flops most of the time?

Summary Day 9 - 10:

Played a little more yesterday and today. I'm still not good at folding if the session is lasting longer then 30min.

Also watched and studied some interesting video's by Jared:

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=AyuXKei6gIU

I usually don't call AKo if I get 5-bet shoved on, did it once yesterday, instantly cost me 1BI vs KK. (Villain (500hands) was 20/16/8 Foldto3bet:65%)

And then there was this hand, also very bad.

Well, day 10...

Already the end of this challenge.

Tilted again, this time a bit longer. Spewed a few pots and got sick of it.

Just can't do it I guess...

Too bad, maybe next time.

Always disappointing to catch up on a blog just to find out they've bottled it.

Keep at it man!

I'd also recommend a bigger focus on study as there was nothing week 1 and week 2 had a very vague 'study concepts'.

If you move your focus onto becoming a better player every day then the results/$$$ will eventually come, also the bigger winner you are at a stake the less downswings will effect you & because of that you should have to deal with tilt less.

Subbed, & hopefully see you return in the right mindframe!

BB: $3.09
UTG: $5.00
Hero (CO): $5.00
BTN: $5.20
SB: $12.58

Pre Flop: ($0.07) Hero is CO with A Q
1 fold, Hero raises to $0.15, 1 fold, SB calls $0.13, 1 fold

Flop: ($0.35) 3 4 A (2 players)
SB checks, Hero bets $0.20, SB raises to $0.57, Hero calls $0.37

Turn: ($1.49) K (2 players)
SB bets $1.15, Hero calls $1.15

River: ($3.79) 2 (2 players)
SB bets $10.71 all in, Hero calls $3.13 all in

Spoiler:
Final Pot: $10.05
Hero shows Ad Qh (a pair of Aces)
SB shows 3c 3d (three of a kind, Threes)
SB wins $9.63
(Rake: $0.42)

Flop:
I always immediatly think: Villain wants to see if I really have that Ace, well guess what, I do have that ace, so I'm gonna call.
Turn:
Yeah, ofcourse he's gonna try a second barrel because I didn't raise my Ace/good kicker on the flop.
River:
Well, I've called 2 streets with only my Ace, my hand is still as strong/weak as on the flop, so I have to call for the last couple of dollars.

Anybody got some tips to get this out of my system?

I know the answer is to "fold more". But how can I set my mind to do that?
Sorry if this sounds harsh, but it seems like you´re not thinking about the actual hand, but rather of reasons as to why you should be allowed to call. We´ve all been there before, thinking stuff like "Why do they always bluff me?" lol. I think you should take a closer look at villain´s bet sizing in that hand. It´s just a picture perfect setup for that illusive slightly-less-than-pot river shove. A standard TAG (just a guess, based on bet sizing alone) wouldn´t do this anywhere near enough for your call to be a good call.

Good luck obviously.

You're absolutely right, mumpfmampf. I'd rather lie about it when I say I'm not thinking that way, but I sometimes do (More then I should). It's a big flaw and I will get rid of it!

Thx, Ligarius, it's gonna be good!
