oh, and: blondes obv
btw, u switching between nlfiddy and nl2mass?
I primarly play 50NL around 4 hours a day and try to play NL2 for like 1 hour if that's what you meant, can't play NL2 today though (getting late), I'll balance out the volume later .
I played well for the most part today, unfourtantly I ran pretty ****ty. I only played ~300 hands of 50NL and then I played some 20NL HU and I basically ran horrific. Got very tilted by the end so I started calling 3bets IP super loose and made some risky bluffs, the guy was over-adjusting and made horrible plays given my "image" so it got personal, he eventually "rage quit" (said in chat) despite being up 2BIs (it was probably for the best anyway).
So for now I'm going to stay away from HU and just focus on 6max.
At least now I can quit a session if it's not going well, which I did today at 50NL (except I didn't do that at 20NL, but I'm clean from HU now).
As of right now I'm still in run-**** mode and getting ra*ped by flops and board-runouts, but i'll try to keep making solid decisions and it should stop soon.
Also, I think I have spotted a leak in my game. Sometimes I under estimate how strong people's ranges are, I either think they're too strong or too weak, I'm gonna have to look into this later.
Felt like I was playing really solid today, v-bet the fish and made some minor hero calls. I was up roughly ~2BIs near the end of the session but then I ran into some rigged decks as usual and tilt quitted (which was good instead of that i would keep playing).
Still running ****ty, making good decisions but facing rigged boards.
I have 4 BI's left in my 5BI shot but I have to withdraw ~2 BI's tomorrow so I effectivly have 2 BI's left for 50NL. I just hope this will turn around so I don't have to move down to 20NL.
Hands:
Spoiler:
CO is a reg (i can play well vs him postflop)
SB is a fish
Post more of your biggest losing hands, maybe 2p2 can help you identify if there's any subtle leaks that could be adjacent to massive spews. Of course If everything is fine, then you could also get reaffirmation that you're making the best plays (: It'll help with your confidence/skill either way.
Update
Roll is at 1050, so i have one damn shot left for 50nl.
Meeting the same rigged boards, ****ing monkeys setting up the run-outs it's insane. I really don't want to move down to 20NL, i'll just end up playing 40k hands to get to 50nl with RB, it's the stake of hell.
No reason to move down with 1K for nl50...If you drop down to 500$/€ you drop down. Do not sit in the retarded nl20 games when there is no reason for it.

Fukk this^^
I need to start think in a more positive way regarding poker and variance. If I'm going to play this game for a while I will end up breaking my self because of the variance and other annoyances. If I'm always going to say "God damn rigged site, nice fukkn run-outs" etc. when those situations occur. It's just not going to be fun in the long run.
I know I can beat these stakes, I just have to give it a sample and I also need to improve. Complaining about rigged boards doesn't do anything good for my improvement part, it mostly distracts it.
Next time I experience a "rigged run-out" or whatever I believe it is I'm just gonna try to ignore it and move on, but think afterwards "Was the decision I made +EV? Did I make a mistake?"
I will mark the hand for later review to see how well I played it and if it really was a "rigged run-out" or if I was just being ignorant and made a mistake my self.
For tomorrow, I'm gonna try to focus very hard and turn off background distractions and think of ranges street by street instead of just playing and 'fast-thinking' about ranges lol. I think I have made some Non-SD mistakes lately as well, so I'm going to need to mark those hands when they occur and review them with experienced players later.
Anyways, If I lose more than 2BIs I'll stop the session and move down to 20NL from that point and I'm gonna try to be mature about it if it happens.
Hey man the best thing you can do to get ur mindset right is take a couple days off and relax, go to the gym and just cool off a bit. You will come back fresh and hungry to play and u will think a lot more clearly as ATM these negative thoughts just cloud ur thinking a bit imo. Gl running that up and hopefully u won't have to move down. Also, post some savers for run good
2011-02-11 Sessions: 1 Hours: 1.3 Hands: 412 Profit: -€25.81
I was pretty hyped for today, I even cracked AA with KK vs a fish the first part of the session, but as usual I ran ****ty because of board-runouts and fishes insta-mucking when I hit the 'nuts'. I also spewed off like 50bb's running crappy bluffs and shi*tty calls.
BR is now at ~1000, so I'm dropping down to 20NL with the plan to take 2BI shots when my roll reaches 1100. I also have ~100 RB coming so that helps too!
This is my graph since september last year (starting at 5NL), despite still making mistakes I have to say I have ran pretty terrible through-out everything.
Hands for the session:
Spoiler:
Villian is 47/4, I call because we're slightly deep and it's zooted.
Pre Flop: ($0.75) Hero is BTN with 9 K 2 folds, CO raises to $1.75, Hero calls $1.75, 2 folds
Flop: ($4.25) K 4 J (2 players)
CO bets $2.12, Hero calls $2.12
Turn: ($8.49) 9 (2 players)
CO bets $4.24, Hero raises to $14.48, CO calls $10.24
River: ($37.45) 3 (2 players)
CO checks, Hero bets $23.50, CO calls $23.50
Final Pot: $84.45
CO shows 9 9
Hero shows 9 K
CO wins $81.45
(Rake: $3.00)
Spoiler:
Villian is the same guy as above. I checked the flop because he is very passive and will check down air + I beat like all his air, Shoulda just cbet it though having decent equity when called (you can't expect to win at SD with these run-outs ). I was very stupid to raise/call the river, I just thought he could have a worse straight or AT himself. In reality it's doubtfull he would play a straight like this, so the best option is probably just to call his pot.
