another correction:

fields N6 should be =N5+(M6-L6)

and so on with N7 to N35

You seem to have the right mindset for sure! And you don't come off as douchey at all, but rather humble. Just stating that you will be donating to sharity shows that you're worthy of the run good . I don't play your games, but I have tried them, so will subscribe!

I wish you the best bro

Win fantasy though?

Looking at the google docs I hope you don't get swayed negatively having your profit pace listed daily with the swings and all.

Re: 2012 Goals. $200k Profit. 250k Vpps. Fitness.

Thx for kind words to start guys. Really looking forward to getting back playing and grinding again in the new year. Haven't played for 9 days at all, probably longest without the excuse of being on holiday all year. It really is amazing how much making simple goals can motivate myself, dunno if its the same with others but its so much better to have a target to reach - makes it more like a video game

Cheers man. I will be playing what I want this year as opposed to final few months of last year where I wasnt playing 3r 180s because of low vpps.
Reason for vpp goal is to motivate volume really.

Thanks for this and the next post, you were correct and spotted it quicker than I would have.
I've just updated the sheet to add in Feb & March and hopefully they link up correctly too. Had fun doing it!

Why retarded, because there isn't a set bonus? I get almost the same rate with amazon vouchers anyway so that doesn't matter. I chose 250k as I feel that is just about the maximum realistic target I can make without focusing purely on vpps (since profit > vpps!)

Would be nice to win Fantasy!

I thought about the psychological affect of being behind pace and having it listed next to current results in the sheet and personally think it has more positives to negatives. This year when I got behind pace for nova & for making 100k this motivated me to play more because I was determined to succeed. Seeing the numbers everyday will hopefully have the same affect on me, if they don't I can delete the column!

Cheers so far to everyone for kind words

Why have you chosen 250k Vpps?

Just read you have already answered.

Looks like a very ambitious challenge, but one you also appear to have both the dedication and work ethic to achieve.

You mentioned you are looking for ideas for charities, well one I've donated to for the last 3 years, and also ran this years London Marathon in aid of was 'Dreams Come True', which is a charity that helps to bring joy to terminally ill childeren. Its an exceptionally worthwile one imo: http://www.dctc.org.uk/

I recently quit my job in London and went to Toronto for 5 weeks to grind alongside BodogAri, who's quite a player, and now I've relocated back to Manchester from London, I'm looking to put some serious hours in too and will certainly follow this thread for additional motivation!

GL and congrats on accomplishing your 2011 goals!

Good luck man! It's been awesome following your progress during 2011.
$200.000 profit sounds achievable especially because you start off with a good bankroll so you don't have to spend several months building a $300 to $10.000. I will sure be here in 2012 to follow your progress for one more year
Good luck!

Re: 2012 Goals. $200k Profit. 250k Vpps. Fitness.

Good luck dude, I followed your last thread a bit and if was really fun to see what progress you had.
I'm pretty interested in fitness, training, what to eat and all that as well. I think it's a very important point, both to get a better balance in life and not devote too much time to just poker. But also to get you focused and I believe it will lead to better results overall.
So if you got any general questions or ideas about that just post them and I'll try to add some info if I can.
