Re: $1500 to SNE 2012
Ouch. I was pissed i spent two hours at the bank trying to figure out where my wire is and couldnt grind more, but i guess it could have been worse. Didnt look at my graph today so i guess i could be down a ton too.
Gl turning it around.

Lol, I'd be more pissed in your bank situation tbh, hate that kind of ****. Sadly, this swing is pretty standard for the games I was playing, more than half the losses were at 100s & 200s.
Trying to take it in stride but yeah its annoying for the first losing day in a while to be such a big one. Dropping the 200s for now & 4k bonus coming real soon, which should ease the pain a little!

About to watch the premiere of that show "Awake" & just wanna log my official guess before it starts, that the dude is in a coma & therefore awake in neither world.

After watching it I hope its more complicated than my guess, because it could get reeealll good if they do it right imo. I enjoyed the pilot a lot, def recommend anyone who missed it to catch it streaming before next week.

Re: $1500 to SNE 2012
I just got more tilted in the last 30 mins of my session than I did during the entire 4k downer yesterday, damnn. I need to remind myself not to be so focused on results. The thought of when I'd get back in the black was definitely in my mind throughout my session which is a waste of attention & isn't healthy-- I could get it all back today or it could take a month & I just have to be okay with it I guess. Easier said than done obviously!
Will make a point to enter session #2 of the day with the mindset of being cool with whatever happens & just focus on making good decisions...

Obviously a huge fan of yours . Love to see how well you're doing after the rough summer we had and no doubts you'll hit SNE and pump out six figure years until the end of Pokerstars!

Re: $1500 to SNE 2012
I want to ask a question without sounding like a jerk:
Why would a killer at poker like yourself want to play craps? I mean, I think a lot of people could make an argument that the utility (aka fun and enjoyment) compensates for the house edge you're playing against, but I would think that most poker guys would hate playing anything -EV. I know that's not the case, because there are a lot of guys who are genuine degens that are still good at poker. It's just something I don't really understand.
That aside, great job with everything. I've read through most of your thread, and you're a real killer. Keep up the push for SNE brah!

No worries Zach, thanks for asking. I don't enjoy playing table games all that much for the reason you've stated. I rarely play them, in fact, I lived in Vegas for six weeks last year & didn't play a single table game. Two years ago I lived in Vegas for 4 months and played maybe twice.
When I do play I set a relatively small budget that I stick to. I chalk it up as part of my travel/entertainment budget & consider the $$ gone, so if I win its a bonus. This time was only ~$500. Besides, in the state of drunkenness I was in for most of that weekend, I wasn't going to be +ev in poker anyway
