as promised here's a few hands from the ST yest:

https://www.boomplayer.com/24618495_93829F37C8
i had been playing a limp strat vs sticky brazillian in BB and had limp/folded a few times. think this trap is pretty good vs this type of villain. gross he gets there.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24618432_2A98AF33AA
decided to run it here with 2x pot over bet on riv. prob ok blocking KJ and i can have AA QQ 1010 KJ AQ A10 22 whereas he has very few of those combos/if any. not sure i love it cuz horny brazillians sometimes just tell themselves that i only do this with KJ+heaps of bluffs. he time bank folded thank goodness.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24618351_786EEBB55D
villain is reg with nitty ish stats but he had 3 bet me a few times on FT already. figured he shouldn't be too loose here and 4b/j and being wrong is very expensive. decided to flat/keep in his worse hands. flop easy call (was gonna call down on most runouts). turn is interesting and after deducing his range is KK QQ Jx 1010/give up heavy I decided to put him in a tough spot and jam. really think he has 0 hands that beat me here and he can likely assume i have lots of bluffs (possibly flush draws/79s 57s etc). i dont really like his flop c bet especially that sizing. in all honesty i dont think i have many bluffs on FT here (regardless if it may appear that way) and being wrong there with KK is extremely expensive but not sure maybe its a mandatory bluff catch vs me.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24618332_1AA1CEF74C
sb shows A and folds. think this x/r was quite good vs these 2 specific villains.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24618070_BBC8F79403
lol brazil. my line prob sucks in theory.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24617834_7456419A42
think i should exploit fold here and almost did but AQ so high in my range and its VERY costly to be wrong here. felt a little bit better after i saw villain blast off a few hands later.

Anyways, let me know what you guys think or if you have any additional thoughts. Pretty bored on my day off think I'll go fishing now and then hit the gym later on. Ezzz

KQs - Definitely limp/getting it in here if you had a limping dynamic BvB with this guy.

J9 - I like it, put him in the cage. In this spot I don't think you are triple barreling any hands that have zero equity (a hand like 76 I don't think you would bet turn with). Your value hands in this spot are AQ/AT/A9/KJ/22 and QQ/AA if you do bet flop with those but I don't think you do. Your bluffs here are J9 and missed spades. A thinking player will also realize you could be using this sizing exploitively to look weak/get max value since betting 400k or so here looks like you want to get called.

AT - I saw this hand live and was really surprised to see you guys show up with the hands you did. Unless V cbets 90%+ I wouldn't have TT+ in his range. The problem with jamming here is that it is very hard to get called by worse and I'm positive V is range-checking here outside of naked FDs. Because of this I'm range-checking in your spot as well.

T7 - wp.

ATs - x/c flop at this SPR.

AQ - No folding allowed in HSMTTs.

@trent: thanks for your thoughts man. agree with all.
@tread: thanks!

I don't know about you...but when I think of Linkin Park I think of really enjoyable music that pumps me up in which I can resonate and jam to. I can think of a few times where I've been driving with friends or working out and just cranking the volume to songs like "numb" "in the end" "what I've done" and many more, that really put me in a good mood. It saddened me to read the news this morning that the lead singer of Linkin Park, Chester Bennington took his own life.

Upon hearing this tragic news I put on a Linkin Park playlist while I was grinding today and took the time to focus deeply on some of the lyrics and listen to some of the subtle messages they may convey. Damn, that is some meaningful, real music.

Coincidentally, I was actually reading an e-mail that I sent to "Assassinato" about ~5 years ago (when I was 20) that I would say was probably the point in my life where I'd struggled the most with my mental health. I definitely was not suicidal or anything but that was a really tough time in my life. I was broke, flunking, lonely, out of shape, a great friend had recently passed away, and I was confused.

After reading Assasinato's blog religiously for several weeks, I couldn't help but relate to so many of the struggles he talked about in his blog and how he beat them. I'll never forget the night where it was 4 A.M. in my cubicle of a dorm room, the walls drowned out the noise of my drunken roommates partying outside (I was feeling anti-social) and I decided to reach out to him via e-mail. I needed someone who would understand my problems. I wrote this long e-mail giving a full rundown of my current scenario before asking him for his advice in the situation (he was probably thinking wtf lol). Anyways, he responded saying he was @ PCA and to hang in there with a happy face. He actually did get back to me with a bunch of articles that he wrote about which addressed guys asking the same questions/struggles that I was having. There was two great takeaway points that I got from this (aside from the knowledge/recommendations within the posts):
1) There were other people feeling the same way I did and experiencing some of the same problems.
2) Someone who probably received heaps of emails at the time took the time out of their day to give me a little help.

Honestly, just that small deed went a long way for me and I won't forget it. I still like looking back on that e-mail once in a while to remind myself of how far I've come. Weirdly enough, I'm actually thankful for that struggle because it's deeply responsible for many of the life lessons/success I've had. Still a long way to go. Maybe one day when I'm feeling brave I'll post that e-mail

I'm obviously completely oblivious to all of this just as much (if not more) than the next person...but it's so important to understand that everyone is living their own lives and having their own struggles. It's so easy to just assume everyone is ok because often people don't want to burden others with their issues (or appear as weak) and they appear fine and dandy at face value. Without drawing this on for too long I just want to say that for anyone who is experiencing hidden struggles there are always people who can help. Don't EVER be afraid/ashamed to go out and seek it. Although I'm far from a professional, I want to vouch to myself to be more respectful of others and to get better at being a good listener to the problems of others/be a place for them to vent without judgement. I want to get better at connecting and hearing them out...this could be a key.

It sucks when events like today's are what it takes to raise awareness. For example Bell Let's Talk Day (which is an amazing cause) encourages people to raise awareness...we should do this everyday.

Here's my favourite Linkin Park song:
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=gG4P3ayBzVY

"When the rich wage war it's the poor who die."

Thanks for reading and GN.

Linkin Park was my fav band growing up and the news about chesters death are pretty sad...I really have connected LP's music with so many amqzing days, feelings of my teen years..

I was watching a movie with my gf and my brother yesterday night when my bro was like "man wtf chester commited suicide"...Was obv trolling him at first..couldnt believe that as i didnt know the mental/drinking problems (although it was quite known)...

Its so funny a guy acrros an ocean (literally) can post his thoughts so nicely on a fckn piece of paper (actually keyboard -computer/mobile screen) that almost feel like we r hanging and chating (mentioned this be4 in my posts but wanted to remention it).

U seem such a cool person to talk to and hang out (even though i know u like 0) or if thats not the case, u express urself in a way that really making me not wanna stop reading..(having da pokerz as a profession or fun or whtvr its pretty irrelavent for the case atm)..

I know, i am sure of it, the day that i will succeed in my goals, i ll defo think of the story u just shared with u and assasinato, although it was pointed out 4 different kind of struggles and fights..its all somehow related after all...

Chester taking his own life is pretty sad...got me thinking hard about my teen days - early 20s.. 0 cares, 100% Freedom, that fckn amazing feeling of doing whatever-whenever, 0 compromises...the so called "***-you" state of life (got that from a movie)..Aiming to return to this state soon (and i mean it with a good sense freedom-wise, not offensive to others obv).

I ve passed through many stages in my life (as many have done obv), bullied hard till 14y old cauz i was a chuby/fat kid, but actually did me good...(i got into fitness early due to that).

I am really sorry for this huge rant...Got really carried away and thought i shall post this anyway and not go back and erase what i ve written...

Tnx 4 ur thoughts..tnx 4 ur story...i know u ll keep posting in here so not gonna mention "keep posting plz"..

Take care buddy and stay strong!

PS1: sry if the nature of this post is somewhat pesimistic or weird or whtvr. It just is a quite emotional/reminiscing/nostalgic day today pour moi. Dont get me wrong though as i am an optimistic and fun to be around kinda guy.. Just one of those dayz.

PS2: I really love "Hands Held High"

PS3: Pretty obv to mention 2day's session playlist is all LP.

@scarecrow: hey man thanks a lot for the kind words i appreciate that and good to know people are enjoying my writings. not really sure what else to comment

Hey guys, as I nurse this hangover I'll post a few hands before getting on with my day and prep for a big session tomorrow. My game is feeling on point and been building stacks everywhere. For the first time in a while I feel very excited about a Sunday/playing poker.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24637332_E886C8CB15
so in this hand JWprodigy opened (who is one of the loosest openers in the game imo) and brazillian ok reg jams SB (with ~1200 bounty)...this is such a close spot idk im thinking maybe i should just fold this.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24637088_EABBE94F3C
(argentinian reg) playing amazing. mp flatter is chinese whale. (btw you guessed it i've brought back the min )) i think my line is probably the best way to play my hand. really not sure what is going through this guys head when he calls off other than being tilted about having to fold the nut draw so convincing himself i have a bluff range.

im thinking i have AA KK 77 66 AK KQ for value with this line and im struggling to find bluffs i would have as i wouldnt c bet this board too wide given a whale in mp...possibly like broadways with backdoor clubs i might take this line (although he blocks those significantly lol). think his flop call might even be ambitious for a lot of reasons but turn really cant be good lol.

I'll note that I think if hes gonna check call off that just open jamming turn might not be bad for him as he has some equity when called and he can prob make me fold a lot of better hands because this card is very good for his range.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24635099_D9CB886AB0
villain had aces. not sure how i feel about over betting the river might not like it actually. although i do want to have a few bluffs here and want to put his calling hands in a jam.

https://www.boomplayer.com/24634682_0C66E92616
vs a whale. close eyes and jam hope he doesnt snap river

https://www.boomplayer.com/24634532_C7477DF76A
this put me on monkey tilt when the villain snapped river. obviously not a good bluff if he doesnt even consider the thought of folding ak

99 - Easy rejam. Because the SB covers JWProdigy and knows how wide he opens, I feel SB is rejamming any pair, AT+, KQ here.

AA - Wp. From the A7 guy's perspective, I have heard there is no folding allowed in HSMTTs if you want to win.

77 - I'd go 6k otr just cause it sets a better price on your bluffs.

A4s - Easy jam on river vs a whale. When the Ah rivers that significantly reduces the number of FDs he also checks back the flop with. Pray he doesn't have the flush lol.

QQ - 3-3.5xing pre this deep. I like the river overshove.

GL tomorrow, rest up!

Random Rant of the Week

Ask yourself this question: if you had no fear...what would you be doing tomorrow? this month? this year? in your life? I want to explore down this rabbit hole a little bit as I've come to realize that the main thing that's held me back from some amazing things in life is fear itself. Whether consciously or unconsciously.

What is fear? "An unpleasant emotion caused by the belief that something or someone is dangerous, likely to cause pain or a threat." Why is this a thing? Well, one of the theories is that we are biologically developed over thousands of years to have very advanced detection systems that can evoke our "fight or flight" response if need be. As per the name, this response makes the body aware that it either needs to fight or run away from enemies of a neighboring tribe or avoid becoming the dinner of a sabre tooth tiger. This response enables a rush of various hormones and physical bodily responses that prepare us for the worst. In short, this is probably a big reason why the human race has survived for so long. We are so good at avoiding and combating danger.

Here we are today in the present year 2017. If you're from Southern Ontario like me you will probably realize that there are close to 0 life threatening animals or insects in the wild. There's no grizzly bears, saltwater crocodiles, sharks, or sabre tooth tigers. However, there are actually several things we face on a day to day basis that could be life threatening. Ever realize how dangerous cars could be? All you need to do is step in front of one and you could be dead in a heart beat. Walking through downtown KW? You could get jumped/stabbed. So why aren't these life threatening events terrifying? I think it's simply through mass exposure to the events and thousands of affirmations that they are not dangerous, that the mind recognizes them as "safe".

Where I want to go with this is that our "pre-historic monkey brain" evokes our flight response so often that it disables us from achieving outstanding goals. It wants us to stay comfortable and survive. Let's be honest: the thought of getting rejected by some random girl in a night club often stops us from talking to her in the first place. In exchange for staying in our comfort zone with our beer held up to our chest, we're rewarded with the comfort of our right (or left) hand in that respective evening. What else do we miss out on? Potentially amazing sex, an amusing night, a potential friend, a potential partner, or maybe just a "no thanks". When you really think about this the risk is a small conversation starter that might get shot down...but just think of the reward. It's amazing what lengths we will reach to protect our ego. If you're finding yourself stuck in your "comfort bubble" like I have for so long, here's a few tips that have worked well for me:

1. Meditation: clear your mind and do this regularly. you will notice substantial differences in your presence and being able to identify certain emotions when you are feeling them.
2. Hynotherapy: try Elliot Roe or some of the free recordings by Michael Sealey on youtube.
3. Spend time mapping out your fears/barriers and working to find out what is causing them. Understand the barriers and devise a method to defeat them.
4. Prop-bet: Wager an amount of money to force you into a habit that the loss of the money pain outweighs the pain of performing the activity.
5. Small steps.
6. Have a social circle or mentors that will push you in the right direction.

As you guys can probably tell I'm running out of material for these rants as we're probably on about number 40 or so I might actually start working a little bit harder on them throughout the week and doing more research etc.
-------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

I'm feeling really good and I start with my personal trainer on Tuesday. I'm doing a 1 month bootcamp with him for 300$. Included in this price is 10 1 hour sessions+ a workout plan+a nutrition plan/grocery list. On top of this I have to go to the gym twice per week on my own without him. As I promised myself at the start of the year I would meet my health goals above all else and this is the next stepping stone imo. Really time to start buckling down.

Also on a side note I completely dropped the ball. So I had a friend who is friends with timex vouch for me to write blog posts/articles for pokershares and I got put on a list of ~10 guys where essentially we had to write a post and they would select a regular writer or two for $. I had this opportunity and dropped the ball by not even submitting my work to them. Was so busy this week but this would have been a cool experience to gain more writing experience and a nice addition to the resume.

On a bright note, yet another week of solid progression towards my long term goals and I can find great satisfaction in that. Thanks for reading/posting. Til' next time -Mike

A7 - Going at least 1/2 pot on the flop, I like sizings on turn/river.

KT - Definitely betting river here in a bounty builder. With a 0.5 SPR V is gonna be a lot more inclined to call it off.

QQ - Snap call so fast sometimes you misclick and fold.

TT - Rarely ever folding here, especially when villain sizes 24k as I reckon he'll have some bluffs in his range here. Perhaps search him and if he's playing 12+ tables then fold or flat.

AJ - Could 3B/call vs players with a high button RFI. Turn jam wouldn't be terrible vs a competent opponent, though we are basically turning AJ into a bluff and I'd rather call and pot control.

Enjoyed reading the Random Rant of the Week as always! Always very educational.

So I've been thinking that something I want to do is go on a ~3 month hiatus to a country that is safe/fun/warm to end off this year. Maybe something like leave early October (when the weather starts to go downhill here) and come home for Christmas. Ideally by this time my fitness level will be more ideal and I will escape the bad weather here. Think it would be good to go somewhere different and live on my own/with other regs that I can experience a new culture/new people and maybe do a meditation retreat along the way.

Until then going to grind my ass off with poker/fitness/nutrition (for ~2 months) and I think that hiatus will be a nice way to reward myself for a well fought 2017.

WUG for good countries to live in that are safe/fun/different/allow me to grind online?

welp this hand on FT bubble sums up my session:

https://www.boomplayer.com/24686205_A98BD2DA10

villain is damourinio and now that i recall i know that he hates folding i seemed to have forgotten this in game though. sb is lag fish. Simply put i think my value combos would be AA JJ Q10. bluffs would probably only be 1010 and i assume i would never raise a flush draw on turn. pretty heart breaking spot he used all his time bank for the sweat and then clicked call. oh well i'm not too upset with my bluff line and i know he had to think long over the call which puts his range in a super tough spot. sometimes ya gotta run it and sometimes you get owned (in the short run )

time to go for a cooldown walk to shake this one off and you can bet your ass i'll be back to go for b2b fts of mini ST. GN.

We have close to zero bluffs in this spot. Generally in spots where we have almost no bluffs but are actually bluffing, it is best to use a larger sizing to make it look like we are going for max value, hoping our opponent will fold a wider range thinking we don't have enough bluffs in our range to take advantage of the size we are using.

I do like Walmart's line with TT here, though from a range perspective if Walmart plays QT/AA/JJ/QQ/TT this way, damourinio's call is correct here, and that is if damourinio actually thinks Walmart always turns QQ/TT into bluffs here. If he only bluffs TT or has zero bluffs then damournio's call is theoretically bad.

And what we are expecting villain to fold/call there?

Imo we are just capping /polarizing our self as played turn and river sizings, if we
Raise on turn bigger like 60-65k we have much more value hands then just str8 there( kj,jj) and we are puting much more presure on his range that we want to fold out actually

Also i dont think that vs 2 players on that board we are/should be checking sets 2 pairs or strong AX (AT+ or w/e) so turn actually improve only JJ/KJ/QT and those are all hands that are kinda vulnerable on that board vs 2 ranges so we need to take max value/protection here so bigger turn sizing should be best

When all that said when we play our range on turn/river with that sizing i think we are caping ourself to only qt/jj or air and villain has some 2 pairs and some str8 combos imo

I think that if we bet like 90-110k we are puting same pressure (maybe bigger) on villain range and we are not caped that much, if we raised bigger on turn i am ok with goi g vamoo on rivers

I'm not sure guys I still don't hate my bluff either way in theory. I think hardly ever will I just have complete air here and probably 1010 exactly would be my only bluff. Q10 and JJ are the only value hands I'll play this way so who knows I'm not overly surprised he called and I'm not overly upset with the bluff. I may have picked the wrong villain to run it against and vs. population I think this gets a lot of folds on FT bubble.
---------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
So had a bit of a falling out with the whole personal training thing. I'll tell a long story short. Went in there before my trip to Alberta/Vegas a few months ago as I googled "personal training near me". I saw this ad come up for a 1 month challenge where it is essentially 1 month w/ 2 1 hr. workouts w/ trainer in a private facility+2 1 hr. workouts on your own+nutrition plan+workout plans for the self-workouts+monitoring etc...all this for 300$ which is a phenomenal deal imo. So I went in eager to sign up and the trainer basically seemed very unwilling to just sign me up for the bootcamp and wanted to upsell me it seemed. I was relatively upset with this and left/didn't hear from them until about a week ago. As I was sipping my morning coffee I received an email saying along the lines of "I wanted to check up and see how your fitness plan is coming along etc and if you would be interested in taking the 30 day program for the 300$." I obviously said yes this is what I wanted originally let's do it. I replied with my available dates and times and then they responded with basically "welp those times don't work for us BUT you can sign up for the 1 session per week program (which is basically double the price)." Just the whole thing seemed a little bit conniving and it put me off.

SO: My good friend who is also a poker player and happens to be a personal trainer+competitive power lifter offered to build me a program for 8 weeks. It's a fairly simple program with 6-8 exercises w/ 3 sets and 8-12 reps. 1 day legs, 1 day push/pulls, 1 day rest (so 2 days on 1 day off). It's nice to have a set guideline now where I can track my progress.

Weirdly enough, gym motivation has not been a problem for me at all. The only time I ever feel like making big cheats in the diet is when I'm out with friends as it's very tough to resist when others are around you with negative stimuli as it helps you rationalize your mistakes.

Was watching a Tony Robbins seminar a couple weeks ago (say what you want positive/negative about him it's probably true) and he was saying the best way to change your mental state is changing your physical state. I've found this to be so true as when I was in a negative state in the past I would go for a quick dopamine hit from things like alcohol, gambling, unhealthy food, porn etc...These things would temporarily relieve me from my stress or poor mood (but would actually cause it in the long run). So in return, after crappy sessions or when I'm tilted I just snap get my ass to the gym and put in a workout. I'm not craving those bad things during my poor moods anymore...I'm craving self-improvement.

That was probably the nut worst poker session I've had in a long time and I can't even be bothered to post any hands from it atm, even though there were some interesting ones. Outside of poker I've been researching some stocks (a lot of weed related stocks) to put some $ into, as well as crypto. I've also been in touch with my real estate agent and I'm going to be put in contact with some investors or w/e that can shed some knowledge on real estate investment. My friend just bought a 13 unit multi-plex that is almost at rental capacity right now. Quite like that idea as the breakeven point on them can be as low as like 50% rental capacity. Going to go look at a few in August and possibly consider renting my condo out then living in a multi plex unit+renting out the rest of the building.

I APOLOGIZE FOR THE MASSIVE WALL OF TEXT but I just wanted to write a little summary of where things are headed right now.

Have been putting a lot of time in my fish tank lab and I'll leave you guys with a picture of where it's at now:

https://gyazo.com/c2628ecb9c7007589aef2b83ea4802c7

While I was away for 3 weeks had my sister taking care of it. Requires a bit of maintenance/knowledge to get the water parameters/food amounts/light amounts correct. Had quite a few casualties of fish/plants and build up of algae. Spent a lot of yesterday replacing/cleaning. Things looking ok now. The end goal is something like this: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rCQ65UANF7w

Hey buddy just to make it clear
I am not saying that bluff is not good, i just dont lije your sizing turn/river from my point of viee with your turn sizing is kinda expectable villain to call all pair plus draw combos plus Ax type of hands and evaluate river, so i think when you bet like 60-70% on river as played on turn you get same feq imo as you get when you over shove but when villain calls u are still left with some stack to fight back
If you raise it bigger on turn ( you can do this sometimes with Ax/KT/KQ/JT/JQ/QQ/TT/type of hands that you check behind flop and then decide would you bluff river or no because imo with bigger turn raise you are puting so much presure on draws /Ax/ Kx type of hands ) the zh3ove will come kinda naturally because it will be less then pot size

So to sum it up i think one mistake you make was turn sizing ( and the kinda snowball into river sizing mistake from my pov)

yeah no worries i understand the logic completely. i too don't think it was a great bluff (vs this specific villain) when he isn't even folding a hand that has to be very close to bottom range for him. in other words it might print vs. a lot of the population but its a disaster vs him. exploitation is so important in these fields. i appreciate it when people give me criticism on hands or give alternative thinking because if they just tell me "yeah you played the hand great" i won't be able to make improvement. sometimes it is difficult to tell oneself they played a hand poorly and external validation is needed to see through it.

got rekt on the grind all week boys but don't think I lost too much. was getting pretty burned out so decided to take friday/saturday/end thursday off. went to the Canadian Open today and saw some of the big boys swing the sticks (jesus christ dustin johnson hits the ball a mile). have a few cool things planned this weekend and will be back for a hard grind sunday+the weekly update.

PS: here's a few goals that I have for next week that I really want to cement now so I remember for my update:

1. Got primed mind for a month and gonna make sure i listen to a session before every grind and workout.
2. Download tinder and bumble next week/research how to make a good profile etc...start hitting those streets harder. have put quite a lot of energy into self improvement last few months and need to start bridging the gap into relationships (but working on myself is the main goal for now ofc).
3. I have a very promising job prospect that I really want to consider hard next week.

More on all that in the weekly update. Hope you guys have a great weekend. Enjoy it and work hard if you're on the grind.

Til next time. Cheers.

About primed mind, i think is very good but overprized as monthly subscription my recommendations is to go on eliot roe site and download/buy his poker relatet packages all are very good and for the price you are paying you get great value

A9 call seems a terrible call he's not even high in his range and doesn't have any blockers to your nuts. He's pretty much calling any Ax here.

I do not agree on this, about blockers to nuts part

imo having blokers to hero nuts combos in this spot is actualy bloking also hero's bluff combos ( for ex having Q is bloking like 25% of hero QT combos but also bloking 50% of QQ combos, 40%+ of QJ combos, plus some random Qxs that hero decide to blast out) if villain doesnt think that hero is shoving KJ on river and probably never checks behind set,2 pairs, AT+ vs 2 players and heros value is only JJ/QT on river imo actualy not having Q/T/J in that order in your hand is better (because is true that we dont block hero value but we are also unblocking all the bluff combos too)

Thing is, QT will play like this always. But we will should not use TT/QJ/QQ as a bluff at 100% freq so there are more value combos then hands that turn into bluffs. To make it easy lets just say only straights jam river for pot

so 16 combos of QT at 100%. Lets use QJ and TT as bluffs, QJ block 2p combos and straights which is better hand to bluff that QQ i think.

If we are always bluffing JQ/TT then we should call as we are overbluffing, 6 combos TT, 9 combos QJ compared to 16 value. But given there PSB (not sure how much exaclty but went with that) behind we want 2:1 value to bluff combos.

Dont have PIO now so just going into flopzilla, AQ has 36% here, A9 has 33.6, A4 (2p) has 33.6. If you look close when we have AQ villains has the straight 2.4% less.

/ too much strat
