that said, i always enjoy reading your posts, urubu!

yesterday i was very pissed w myself, but today is another day. its how i handle w my mistakes and losses. i prefer laugh about it, than keep crying w something that won't change... what i can change is the next session, try dont make it again, and im doing my best to play good.

actually i think posting this ridiculous hands shows more respect than if i didnt post. i could just dont post the ridiculous hands and post the hands i played great. being honest and posting the most crap hands, shows more respect. if i was him, id be glad that his horse is honest and shows all mistakes, even if the mistakes are a shame.

i expect him to be furious seeing this hands because the hands are really bad, but i dont expect him be furious w the tone of my post or how i talk about it. he knows i feel bad for making this mistakes...

be honest, what are you actively doing to limit your tilting? you've been doing this for years, bro. if i were your backer i'd appreciate it more if you quit the tables once you begin tilting instead of spewing off my money.

Re: MastaAces.

I don't think you're incorrect in your stuff you're arguing to Urubu. There is no doubt that if his backer isn't a close personal friend, or someone who is really wanting the investment to be successful then they'll be furious, likely to the point that they'd drop him. (I don't know what his original float was but don't underestimate how many in the poker world would happily dust $20k etc to get a friend back on their feet, particularly if he's made the backer money in the past through action or whatnot).

However, as I've digressed i'll return to my point. Badgering Urubu and going out of your way to give him a hard time on entertaining platforms like his personal PG&C here or is HSPLO is pretty out of hand imo. It's not your thread, it's his, he has people who like to rail his action and here his stories. Obviously I can't defend Urubu dusting off a backers money, it really is out of order but I can defend him being honest enough to hold his hands up and show some of the hands and be like, yeah this happened. Rather than (as Urubu said) to pick a few hands here and there where he had played standard and got unlucky.

Urubu is a champion in the PLO world, at his best he's one of the top mid level grinders. Many including myself want to see him succeed and hopefully he will.

It doesn't matter how good you are at your best when a in 1 or 2 bad sessions you spunk it all off jamming dog**** hands.

Maybe his backer should be intervening or setting a stop loss for sessions because some of those hands shouldn't be happening.

You've got to recognize that you have a strong thirst for action my friend. I know how it hurts to lose big and have all of the action dry up around you. But you have to try and resist the urge to create the action with those crazy 3b. Cut down on your spazzier 3b pre and you'll plug a huge leak

you honestly think i'm badgering and going out of my way to give him a hard time? my posts were written with nothing but good intentions. i'm under the understanding that urubu has a massive gambling problem, he just happens to be a beast at plo. by gently asking a rhetorical question in my last post i was hoping it would dawn on him that his tilt issues are detrimental to both his bankroll and his well being. will my attempts be futile? most likely, but it's kind of hard to sit idly by watching this train wreck go on year after year.

to be honest, i don't really see the correlation between you wanting him to succeed but not at least attempting to luminate his biggest leak. as Masq pointed out, he's going to fail every single time as long as he doesn't plug it. patting him on the back for posting butchered hands his backer has access to anyway isn't really doing much good.

Re: VvamooooooO 14 - Omaha

just finished a session and passed 100k hands in the stake. time to month report.

----

after yesterday monkey tilt, today i move down to 1/2. my goal for today was playing around 6k hands to pass the 100k hands mark in the stake, but not many 1/2 was running , so i openned a bunch of 0.5/1 to make enough voume. the day was ok, and i finished the day w 7,5k hands and 1,8k profit.

the 1st 100k hands in the stake wasn't like expected. i thought id crush and win a good amount of money, and i was sure i would NOT go on monkey tilt playing under stake, but as you guys saw, that happenned and damaged my winnings.

i think its a good winrate, but im disapointed w 14k profit after 100k hands. unfortunally i tilted really hard on 2 days and didnt deserve to be playing 2/4.... im seeing this graph, and wondering how great could be my 1st 100k hands in the stake if i didnt burn some chips while on tilt. im thinking about some goals for the next 100k hands, and stop loss is def in this list..
