No chip porn yet, but we started the first day of Vegas with my biggest day as a pro +5600. Wish I could say I just crushed the cash tables but finished 3rd in one of the Venetian Deepstack Tourneys.

Hopefully more good updates to come

Ty sir

Vegas has been a ton of fun. Had a dreamy first two days, but as we know all good things come to an end. Lost a chunk but made a nice comeback after being down 4k at one point (!!!), still adjusting to the live game, but my HU game def starting to improve. Played HU against a weak reg at 5/10 for a few hours last night and was def able to exploit in a bunch of spots.

Met up with some other poker guys and also played w a 500 zoom grinder, got to talk and play w him, he actually owned my soul, and in a few spots was a higher level thinking so still have a ways to go, but pumped for this first Saturday.

Also gonna play the MSPT 2.5 million guarantee at Venetian this Monday. Gonna sell a little at 1.15 so pm or skype me if interested, will be playing regardless.

Thanks man, it's gonna be a wild ride I feel like.

Poker giveth, poker taketh away. First 5k losing day of my career, dealt with one heinous cooler that's just whatever. Other than that haven't played well, maybe I'm just a ****ty live player 😅

Don't feel too bad about it, but might just take a day off tomorrow to regroup, and not gonna fire that 2.5 mil now I think either.

Very unfortunate that I haven't done well in the 5/10 games, I table selected pretty well just couldn't get anything going. Back to the 2/5 life

Still up on the trip? Rough to take a shot at a higher stake and run poorly to start off. Have you played much live before? If you end up playing the 2.5mill and still need to sell id buy some. gl out there.

Break even now. I've played about 450 hours last year and 200 hours this year so a decent amount. I have a little left and selling at no markup now so pm if interested gonna play last flight tomorrow.

Down 1400 for today's session and still playing, playing well and made two great folds to avoid a cooler situation

Update and Cliffs:

- Got amazing run of cards in the 2.5 mil and had 21 bigs when I rip AKss over UTG open, get cold called by the button. UTG folds. He flips over two red Aces. Welp GG. Except the flop comes 556ss...ok we have a sweat... turn is 7s...turn around and pump my fist as I'm now just about at 47 bigs close to bagging. Hear a groan behind and turn around to see river is 5x for the ultimate kick in the nuts.

-5/10 regs are insanely aggressive, but incredibly spewy. Some are very good though.

-I have gotten destroyed by the whales so far

-Still in the black

-89 hours of poker played so far #wholovesitmore

You are telling me!

Also forgot to mention, I came back from dinner break yday and had Martin Jacobson to my right, was a bit starstruck. Ended up busting him not long after for my greatest poker achievement to date

Same to you man, was a fun dinner. GL this summer!

Big swings lately. Have had my top 2 winning and losing days ever through 10 days, started to get in the groove of this live thing.

I've played 126 hours of poker through 9 days but still feeling massive itches to play, so volumes been great. With the gf in town schedule will be more lax and I'll have some fun then kick it up a gear on the 17th.

One fun HH from two days ago:

2/5/10 button straddle

Hero is 1550 effective

Lojack reg opens 35 and hero peels the button and sees 9 9 and 3bets to 105. Reg calls.

Flop ($225): 9 8 6

Villain checks, Hero bets $55, Villain calls

Turn ($335): 8

Villain checks, Hero checks

River ($335): 2

Villain checks, Hero bets $375, Villain tanks....and SHOVES for $1200

Hero snaps and my 99 is good against his bluff shove.

Kind of an online line and it's probably better to just bet bet bet against most opponents but thought it was a nice little hand. And though villain kinda spewed it puts my overpairs in a crappy spot bluff catching for 300bbs.

Check out the Ceasers room. The rake is $4 at 5% and you can cut line with your diamond card. Also chairs are sooooo comfortable.

Played about 135 hours the first 10 days here and around 15 hours the last week. I had my gf visit so was a Vegas tourist and did a ton of fun stuff etc.

Grind restarts tonight.

Want to get a few more tourney reps for the Main so looking to sell 65% of my monster stack, no mark up cause I just want to get the reps in to be honest (great value ) PM for details
