as for moving to the $30s its a no go as my target was 5% evROI over 3k games and i fell short on both %2.6 over 2800~ was best i could do, but hey wel get there i worked hard on and off the felt this month and its my 1st month full time spinning so w/e next month wel get there i hope (flex)

ok so this month along with the goals above im read this every day, i listen to s ****load of inspirational, and motivational speakers i find it amazing , success drives us all. if you dont want to succeed in your craft then whats the point at the end of the day so this is now my backround on my laptop, along with reciting it daily other non poker playing goals this month include:

-eat clean for all of july (i do this mostly anyway)
-train 3 days a week, kettlebell and body weight circuits, running
-dont go out drinking more than once (try for none lol)
-try and grind each day at a table rather than on my bed or in a lax'd position, its hard with 2 kids in the house to get a space but not impossible, i think this is important and im going to try anyway
- SKYPE OFFLINE AT ALL TIMES DURING PLAY

from +$430 to -$180 in 135 games :| just a reminder its not all sunshine and raimbows people and no matter how good u are ur gonna have ****ty days, so i had a epiphany of sorts, rather than try crunch out 4k games, which a monkey could do its just grinding hard which as a MTTer i used to do 12-15 hours a day. **** volume for now i want my game quality to improve massively, rather have 2k games at 5% evROI than have 4000 games at 2% this way i get to move up and get to improve my game massivly so

as u can see volume was decent but speradic, this month im going for a steady 120 games roughly a day today im only half way in ofc but been pretty on point throughout, always seems to be after a day off i come back crushing maybe focus is getting away from me will have to be more vigillant of that

my biggest $ downswing to date and my EV represents that, i done a 2 hour review with wubblepig and dayton at game 300 and sinse then even after dropping 5k in EV in like 10 games ive made substantial climb out

taking the full of tomoro to rip my PT4 apart gonna video all my games i play for the rest of the day and find out were the leaks are!

plug em up and carry on grinding, all i can control is what i do n the work i put in so thats what am gonna do and not GAF about the rest

lol tanked it out trying to get the last guy to punt it in, turns out he was going for it anyway lol was nice!

having a time of it this month started off with 1k BE stretch in EV now climbing a bit, but working hard on my game done some work with a HUSNG friend and found some leaks plus gave in 5 HHs for jack n jason to do a leakfinding vid on and made 1.5 hours of me playing in real time to do with wubble pig so lack of $$ on the felt hopefully made worth it by determination off it.... trying to stop looking at EV at all cos it can alter how i play but cant be changed so is unessesary evil IMO so no graphs apart from this which is me

my 1st day playing 200 spins in a day most ive played in a day it was a grind but no worse than average mtt sessions used to be plus spins are inf more fun.

2nd last day of the month and i decide to lose a 100x which would put me in profit for the month </3 played my usual block of 40 before taking a break and on the 38th game we were given a $1800 spin dispersed of one guy in 2nd hand with tp Q kicker when he check jammed a gut shot with bottom pair and we held up
