hey guys,
i quitted my study (studied for long time but didnt pass much... but I'm still enrolled) and side job (was a pokerdealer for 3 years) to go crazy with spins.
playing in a stable, i get a loan for living as long as i work hard, improve my game and invest enough time.

i play 7s-30s. Having 2-tabling issues, i started to practise on 7s (at the beginning of my first session i start with a warm up by 4-tabling 0,25$ spins for 30 mins). learning to perform nice on 2-tabling is my main focus. even if i allowed to play higher, i mostly play 2-tabling 7s in the moment.

my current goal is it to achieve a 50+ cEV on a minimum volume of 1k on 30s while 2-tabling until the end of april.

i also working hard on my mindset & inner game to be efficient productive. not only investing much time, but also be concentrated and focused in that time.

i'm living in germany but want to travel around the world for ca. 2 years with my girlfriend in half a year. i want to do this as an pokerpro, but if i cant achieve that i will take a loan from a bank and have to finish my study while traveling.

i'm blogging here to recap and reflect my week, so i will make bigger updates once a week.

if you have some questions about spins you also can add me in skype: wladi.de
think i can help people who play 15s and below.

i don't see how guy in Germany will be making a decent living in his country by spins (if you ain't gona get top really quick ofc). Also putting unrealistic goals would not help it either. If you set a chip ev goal you should get 5k sample at least because 1k games has way too much varience (even top regs can have 1k break even stretch or losing players could make decent EV).

Just because one does not see something does not mean that it is impossible.

didn't mean to critize, there's actually several points you shouldn't ignore. Wishing you good luck and hope you prove me wrong in the end.

today i reveal my current mental & production plan:

i go constantly at 22h to bed and stand up between 6:00 and 6:15, then i do my morning routine: before standing up drinking 0,5l water (preparing it the evening before), standing up, open windows, breakfast, brushing theeths, cleaning my workplace (no distractions lying on desk, stuff like that). around 6:30 i start my warm up programm, it includes trunig off the internet on my phone, closing all programms like skype or firefox on pc, opening all programms which i need to play poker, reviewing my goals (5 mins), reviewing 3-5 hands (10 mins), hearing the warm up mp3 from elliot roe. (it starts with around 5 mins meditation and then 7 mins motivation). then my producive time starts (i use oropax to be less distracted). i use the 60-60-30 rule, thats a way how we can be most productive and focused: explanation 60-60-30 rule i just started with that but i make it like 3 times 55 mins being productive 5 mins break and than the 30 mins break, hope it works as well.

then i start playing half an hour warm up session (i'm playing spins and have 2-tabling issues so i do for warm up 4-tabling 0,25$ spins) the rest 25 mins i play my main game. in the short break i do all physical needs (toilette, drinking water, small snack like fruits, vegetables or cashews) in the longer breaks i eat and open the windows for fresh air and take a 20-30 min nap arround middle of my day. after finnishing my grinding session i make a quick review of my day (overview how i run, quick review of biggest pots, what were bad or good on my game today etc.). after that i listen to the cool down mp3 from elliot roe its kinda meditation too.
then i start with my work on my game reviewing detailed hands making some theory etc.
after finishing with theory i make a quick list what i have to do for tomorrow (2mins) so i dont think about work in the evening after that i meditate with the headspace app and then free time. that would be a perfect day.
5 days a week i grind around 7h and making 2h theory. on saturday i play 5h and 1h theory and on sunday i take a day off.

i try this for a short time having problems in the beginning but getting better and better allong with. i hide my roll on pokerstars and disabled the winningsgraph on pt4 so i only see my ev-line. if i am unfocused or tilt i quit for 5-10 mins and read following things: 1. i cant controll results (board run outs or villains hands), so i dont try. 2. i am intellegent and skilled enough to beat my stakes (proven on longterm graphs, if not i have to move down). 3. i am disciplined 4. i just try to play every hand as good as possible, and watch data only on bigger sample. 5. i watch on my ev-hourly not my winnings and try to increase it. 6. i review my goals why i want to be a poker pro, for what do i need the won money
if this doesnt help i meditate and make first the theory part

i want to travel for to years starting in half a year so i have pictures pinned on my monitor for motivation: one picture of a grind station in a other coutnry and one of a beach

maybe there's something what could help you too
