Super happy with the last two days, this week has been a rollercoaster haha. I honestly do think I crush 100z, but will take shots at 200z at a higher BR next time. I reckon I'm a winner at 200z, beating lots of the bad regs etc but my confidence dips vs top regs. Not really sure how I compare to them, atm my perspective on them is they're less exploitable so I will be breakeven/slightly losing.

Main aim for tomorrow is to go gym first thing in the morning, the rest takes care of it self really. gl

Last 3 days, decent results. Worked out my expected hourly today and figured out I want to be getting 3hrs 4tabling (near 3k hands) each day so will be really pushing to achieve that in the next few days. I've changed my game a little to be more ruthless, but I'm not making the strides I want to be making atm. Think a very good coach would help me a lot just to realise the areas I need to work on but I'm struggling to find one atm.

H1. Nice river flat, whats your raising range? Quads?

Nice results mate. You seem to work really hard on your game. Respective coaching would suggest you to see if Clanty would be a good fit for you. However, not sure if he is taking any new students. GL at getting back to 200z!

Thank for the kind words mate, I messaged him a while ago but I wasn't in the right circumstances at the time. Think I'll keep an eye out tho because when I've tuned into his streams I've enjoyed them.

Not the volume I wanted but I did go to the gym, play football and some other stuff so I'm not gunna be too critical of myself. Super happy to run well again and glad to gain some of that EV back.

Well I managed the 3k hands as I promised, but I had to push myself and felt my game deteriorating esp past 2k hand mark. I have no clue what number of hands most regs are doing daily, but this is an area I need to improve on. I think I'm not going to aim for 3k hands because I got tired towards the end, but I will start making a conscious effort to gradually increase hands/day towards 3k.

Meh day, ran well to start with and got a lil bit unlucky towards the end.
