Hi guys!
I’ve played poker for over 10 years now starting with SNGs & transitioning to cashgames around 5 years ago. Although I’ve played for so long I reckon I’ve probably put in less than 350k hands total, the reason being down to motivation, hence the reason for this thread! I’m hoping it’ll motivate me into playing at least a few thousand hands per week & get moving up the stakes! I’ll be posting handhistories, bankroll updates & anything else that I feel like, so any feedback welcome.

So a little about me, I’m 29, & living about 20mins outside of Manchester UK, bought my first house this year in April which I really ****ing hated for the past 6months but things are slowly getting better.

I’ve just deposited 300$, which I’m planning to play 5nl Rush with until I get to $350 & move to 10nl following this I’ll just be sticking with 30bi BRM. I'll be 4tabling to start, but might add more once I get back into things.

Ok so I'm slacking a little bit on the hands goal as I got called into work yesterday for a couple of hours to do a couple of things & then had a homegame last night so only put in around 900 hands yesterday. I also counted on being able to put some hands in this coming weekend but being on a course for both days I think I'll be too knackered by the time I'm home to get anything going.
Quick update on things so far, 6710 hands played, $45.96 won, $57 All in adjusted, & currently running @ 13.70bb/100. $4 dollars more & I'll move up to 10nl

I had my first losing day yesterday, -$5, was up to $11 after the first session & then ran pretty bad for the second.

Played a 5nl session earlier today & finishing 4bi up, taking my roll to 360$, just jumped in to 10nl & within 350hands I'd lost 25$.

Might be too nitty? I'm not sure but when he jams flop it looks like AA or KK, throw in QQ & it's a very borderline call, I need 43% to call & against QQ+ I'm 44%. I don't really need to take flips like that when I'm taking a shot.
