Still no answer from support .

In the morning I had driving lesson . After lunch I will probably analyze my game and later on watch some videos on run it once. Around 18:00 CET I will probably play football with my friend .

If anyone can help with my problem , please help !

Well answer the questions and provide the informations they ask.
But it is time consuming.

My pokerstars account was hacked about 3 years ago with a keylogger. and a russian tried to use the account for visa card fraud. Luckily pokerstars has a good security and my account was closed within minutes.

It took me 3 week of answering questions and proving i was the owner of the account.
had to send pictures of me holding my ID cart etc.
after three weeks i get my account back.

So anwer the questions they have and gl buddy

Update

In this free days , while waiting 888poker to resolve the situation I had plenty of time to analyze my game .

I did a lot of mistakes ,I was playing my C game almost whole session., because of playing more that I can actually handle .
So now I will play 6 tables first hour then I will add 2 and hold on stricktly 8 tables (6 sng + 2 MTT's) . It makes me sick , when I'm folding K10(1:9 pot odds ).

Now I will watch some postflop videos .

These players are from Slovenia and are regs on this limits . A lot of Slovenian players went to 888 Poker since Pokerstars don't have a licence for us and we can't play there .

Yes make that point about stars.
Because of this it is logic that slovenian players will encounter each other a lot imo.

- and you are playing sng's? how is this money transferring?

Just tell why your playing, what your goals are etc.
Be honest and open to the support is the best imo.

in the end its a very ugly situation.

PS: maybe you can give a link to this thread which proves about your goals etc.

Update !
I ran today 5 km , and later on watched football game . I got answer from 888 Poker moderator . They will again look into it .

Tomorrow plans :
-driving lessons
-healthy lunch
-3 hours are for Poker (analyzing , studying , wathcing some WSOP stuff )
- enjoy in other free time

Today I started to play very early . It was long session , hit few deep runs. I really prepared for longer session ,but mind didn't allow me to think clearly so I just unregistred remaining turnaments and finished session .
