Ye was up in coventry with gf few weeks ago and just had a look in estate agents window to have a look and with budget could have got a 4 bed house instead of 1 bed flat lol. Unfortunately I like london too much at the moment

I think this board texture can be fairly hard to play in 3b pots with a lot of my range. I am going to have a lot of hands like ak/aj/jj/tt that I'm not really going to want to cb, therefore if that's my checking range I don't really have a x/c range for more than 1 street which seems bad so I like to throw in a few stronger hands to make life abit easier so I don't have to x/c 3 streets with say jj here also I don't think this specific reg would call down too light over 3 streets so isn't loads of value to be had except vs aq which I would expect him to triple me for value with anyway

                    Hope I explained that ok

I would think 33 is a shove on river. 4 combos that beat you and 7+ flush combos?

Hand 4/5. Shove. You're never beat here. I think most regs x/r flop with sets and if villain floats with 99 he is certainly x/ring turn on that board. Even if the 1 combo of 44 didnt x/r flop, it does on the turn. Also tough to have KK here.

I agree with both of u, I think im winning more often that not for sure but he should never really call a shove with Kxhh, which if he folds that 90% of the time is probably not a shove. But then people do find it hard to fold good hands, so I think it is close for sure. Think need to add K4s to his range also atleast a certain percent of the time

You have to have a balance between cost and location, Coventry is a dump. I have lived in Leamington Spa and it has a very London feel to it. Lots of commuters to London, London brands, Georgian style buildings and good restaurants etc. Still only about 35-40% of the cost of Islington, a 3 bed house would be £300k.

The reg is likely to x/f a lot to be honest and the fish has so many hands which are complete nonsense but might call a tiny bet with (or spaz out to). I also dont really need to worry about bet sizing to set up stacks but it is nice to be bet something to be able to dictate the rest of the hand and hopefully go hu with the fish. In hindsight think I should actually bet slightly more to get the reg to fold AK/AJ and try not go 3 way on a wet board but am still fine with the play on the flop

Interesting hand vs a 46/20/10 that sparked fair bit of discussion in a skype thread. More so about the turn bet than what I should do on the river.

thoughts? He has basically gone allin.

He is very bad at tennis but is looking to get coaching lol. Thoughts on this bet? For what its worth there are very few coaches that would beat me (let alone ben I would hope)
                                      Any specifics?
3 or 5 set matches? How often can he request to play? Surely if he got semi-decent & you were playing a couple times a month you'd have a bad day once (tennis variance!). But not knowing how good you are or just general sporting aptitude I couldn't tell how safe your money is.

I wouldn't mind a tenner on beating you in the next 6 & 1/2 years if you're offering 300/1 haha
