Thanks for the feedback. I will deffinately take a closer look, when reviewing the sessions.

Hey guys, today I decided to move back down to 2nl just for a little bit. I could deposit another hundo and keep playing 5nl, but i might consider either getting snowie or RIO Pro plan. I should of skipped playing today, since i didn't feel like playing, but whatever. I played bad today for sure and made some curiosity calls just for lolz. Other than that, i reviewed something like ~220 hands from a few months ago on 10nl zoom . Back then i thought its standart the way i played, watching it from a different point of view today, i was clearly donating

H1: x/f flop, you do not have enough fold equity/barreling potential to c-bet OOP here

H2: I'd c-bet the ALL board here esp w/ BDFD. You'll get more value by betting the flop right away as middling pairs can call.

H3: On the KLL board w/ no backdoors I prefer x and bet bet probably. This a board where villain will flat a lot of mid-low PP and won't fire at you OTT much so you can narrow his range down to stuff you can fold out a lot. You'd also play some weak KX suited hands and QQ/JJ like this (possibly). The other option is betting small otf, and larger ott/otr that favors your hand (not this combo).

L = low card.

Monthly Update

I would've love to finish this month, but recently when I start my session 500 hands later on, Im tilted. I tried to be honest with myself and give a correct assessment, if i can continue to play, but the answer is No. I just can't do it really, I feel like I kinda absorbed and kept the tilt inside, but recently im just blowing up.

- Small goals I had for this month

I played 70 hours
I studied something arround ~37 hours, but Im pretty sure some hours might be missing, because it was late night and forgot to write it down.

Review hands everyday - Done

- See how much we worth we have in blunders - I have marked 11 BI this month compared to 51 for the previous one.

- Drop down the tables - Meeh it was 50/50 I dropped it down, then when i feel like playing good, added some.

- Watch a RIO Video a week - Done I pretty much watched the whole library in the first week, when i subbed.

- Quit for the day, if i hit my stop loss (4 BI) - I think I had only 2-3 days where I continued to play, because I lost like 3BI in first 200 hands from coolers, but beside that I feel like I kept on my word.

- Maintain calm and reduce tilt - I failed here, because the last one week, I felt like Running badly was an excuse for me to play badly.

Theory Work - Done I watched all of the RIO vidoes, read articles etc..

Yea mate, Im working on it every day.

I took some time off to chill, but to be honest it was pretty much impossible, since my brain was eating me inside. How can I afford the luxury to have a free time, when i have not done / achieved anything the previous month. How am i supposed to go to the next level, if i just randomly decide to run away from the problems instead of dealing with them. So right of the next day I said FK the vacation and Turned on HM2. For the next few hours I was literally staring the stats and going over the hands again and again and again till i find a solution.

Very good that u have a sense of urgency mirko, very good.
Remember that poker is a mental sport so we gotta train like an athlete
we review hands, we go to forums, we take notes, we watch a video that's like the warm up. Thats like us going to the gym. Then we play.
All we can do is have performance goals.
(x amount of hands, x amount of time)
Andre Agassi a great tennis player says i don't get upset when i loose i get upset when i don't give my best.
Tommy Angelo says: ''The object of the game is not to win, the object of the game is not to tilt''
So let's give our best, let's not tilt, let's play play play, let's learn learn learn and winning BIG will be a nice side benefit. (I am saying this to myself too.)

i've never seen something like the last hand lollll. BTN is 88.6 bb depth, it doesn't need to take so many raises to get it in.1.95 after he raise to 0.8 and ship it if he raise again.
pay attention that you 3bet X4.5 after a min open BTN vs SB. if you choose this size V should be a loose player and/or you have to balance it and pick that sizing with your entire range..

nice run so far, glgl

After he has a certain amount invested it would actually be good if he folds. Keep in mind that just because you have the best hand preflop doesn't necessarily mean you don't want him to ever fold. I'm just pointing this out because the logic is flawed.

Fold with AQ seems ridiculous to me. He has 3 combos of TT and at most 3 combos of QT. Vs a PSB you only need him to have 3 combos of worse to justify calling, and it is entirely possible he only has QTs in his range for just 1 combo, reducing the needed amount of combos to justify calling to 2.

Thinking about it again, I prolly should call with AQ and fold something like QJ, KQ at some frequency. What else makes me think about calling, is that he is short stack so he deffinately has worse than boats. I believe tho on such boards players peel once flop with ~33-77 so we might some some pocket 4s there

hand 1 you totally overplayed it. this flop hit V range super strong, and he raise super high on a semi dry board (not many runs). some can fold it otf, i would probably fold it on the turn. you shouldn't 3bet shove it here, pretty spew. no worse will call that.

hand 2 you have to cbet it!! tons of equity when you hit strong on this board.
you shouldn't make value hand to bluffcatcher, only if you have super strong read on V (this hand isn't that strong for slowplaying)

hand 3 is probably the worst hand here. you shouldn't 4bet it and never ever call a 5bet.. flat his 3bet and play with position and a hand that smashes his range

Imo AK is close, but definately QQ and AJ are on the spew side I realized it afterwards. AJ is easy fold, what im not sure is how to play the QQ hand, but the above post is reasonable

I play 3 tables when Im working on some areas of my game, but usually playing 4 zoom. Recently decided to try some reg tables 6-12.

----------------------------

I fired some 10nl today, there were some pretty nasty preflop spots, but in general I played pretty much terrible. Also there were a couple of pretty fun
personas from Germany and UK, who were cracking me with their chat, it all started, when Germany had AA vs UK QJs. It was something like
blank flop it goes x/x, T is Q, UK bets, G calls, R blank UK ships it, Germany calls.
Then UK gentleman had some pretty nasty tongue, followed by how bad the guy played his AA bla bla bla, his range is bla bla and should fold blabla, in terms of GTO Germany should be calling bla bla. Germany guy however seemed pretty nice guy explaining that he is just learning the game Etc, etc. But you know, UK just can't stop and it transition to football teams, history etc etc. It continued for an hour, Germany prolly got sick from UK and arround the end he stacked him one more time and left.

A little bit of a roller coaster day. I should have stopped playing arround the mid session, since i started to recognize tilt moves, still though im thick head and continued playing. In the end i played like my C game, had to be honest with myself, if i can get out my C game at that time it was probbably not possible so called it a day.
