About me:

- Turning 30 in August (jesus christ)

- Former pro, semi-pro and recreational at various points since I was 22. Came up playing live NLH cash, have played NLH 6max online, PLO 6max online, MTTs and turbo SNGs as my primary game at various points (ie. I am a tard who can't decide what he's good at)

- Currently an unemployed chemical engineer. I work 3 month contracts and have just wrapped up my most recent job analysing samples in a lab.

Soooo I have a ton of spare time for the next little while. There's potential jobs on the table but they'd require relocation and for that short of a job it's hardly worthwhile. Besides, I'm happy here, the missus is happy here.

I'm lucky enough to live two suburbs away from Crown Casino in Melbourne which happens to also be my favourite poker room I've ever played in. Games have been great recently, there's plenty of regfish and on the right tables most stakes can be worthwhile playing.

My goal is to grind 30 hours a week across the following games -

- 1/3 No Limit Holdem ($100-$300 buyin)
- 2/5 No Limit Holdem ($200-$500 buyin)
- 1/3 Pot Limit Omaha ($100-$300 buyin)

Most of my hours will be at 1/3 NLH as despite being lower staked it plays ridiculously soft and as a player on the more 'aggressive' end of the spectrum ( ) it makes for a pretty easy lowstress grind.

Not going to set an income goal, pretty much as long as the hourly feels worthwhile at the end of the day I'm happy. Just filed a $5.3k week over a 24hr sample at 1/3 (lol variance lol) so the potential is there for bigger weeks and I feel that earnings have a very high cap over a decent amount of hours weekly.

My bankroll is effectively irrelevant regarding playing these stakes, but I've set aside $10k as a capital base and I'll be operating within this for the next three months.

All profit is gonna go towards going to LA for a month to visit Disney, drink at awesome San Diego breweries and treat the better half to a long overdue holiday.
