150th something millie

meanwhile was getting trolled pretty hard by stars, built a stack mini millie, was sitting at 80bb in break, half an hour later it's gone. at least I didn't get the ft bubble at 8am I guess. Glad to be back online lmao.

was also watching yugiohpro's stream. that guy can be such a dolt sometimes lmao. up 700k, and has the mindset of a 4y old. he was whining as if he didn't had won one sd this whole sunday, then I figure out he already made 2 final tables, and was still deep in this 888 timbey with 15k up top. Geez, **** morons ssly. He was like shouting sentences such as 'No one should ever be confronted with so much runbad' etc it was both hilarious and embarassing.

What was your avg bi when you peaked at 40k MU ?
I'm not entirely sure, but it def was a bit higher compared to what it is now. There was a time I was firing b109 b162 h75 etc daily, so guessing 50'ish while it's now more something between 35 & 45 I'd guess.

We've been in the lab last couple of days guys. Watched a few rio vids, did a few reviews, including one with my backer, who thought I played very well which was great to hear bc we don't do much coaching anymore and I mostly do self study/study with others and I've even been doing some work with piosolver as well, which is always super interesting. I find it fun to try and discover patterns and the reasons behind it, and I actually feel like i'm starting to have a decent grasp/feeling in a lot of postflop spots. Ive been experimenting with a few things as well, and I am just super exicted for a big september now.

Did play two sessions on monday & wednesday, but unfortunately it was brickcityclique in most of them. Did qualify for the 109 gpt day 2 on party within 2 shots though, so at least there's that. Pbb will play a session tmrw, skip saturday, and hopefully be back home on sunday around sunday million time bc I have a few commitments before that. GL to all the heroes out there, may we have a good september.

Decided to play a session today. We had quite some deep runs, but all of those ended either last 3 or 2 tables. Most of them in standard spots, however 2 hands standout which I could/should have played better. Glad I'm learning this during weekdays and not on sunday when all the money is there. Found a beautiful lady in the kickoff phase to finish the day with 161k going into bb2.4k on monday, so sallgood. Taking tmrw off for sure, gonna sort some school **** out and try to figure out my exact gameplan for WCOOP and then will join all the legends rather late on sunday unfortunately. VAMOS

Ok so very mixed feelings about today. I started my session at 8pm, so I already missed out on a bunch of timbeys at that time, but sure that was fine. I ran horribly on stars, which doesn't seem like a good day to run bad on, since my 'bankroll' on stars basically got halved lmao. I played the 1k marathon but honestly super frustrating tournament. I didn't have a very good table to begin with, but sure that's fine, but just zero spots, didn't make one single combination postflop, and just dwindled & dwindled & kept dwindling down until I rejam 88 from the bb vs utg for 20bb, who snaps with AJo. Rather glorious call brianm15. (y) Totally oi highstakes already again, I sold a bunch of timbeys for 500+ but might skip them all apart from the 700 millie & keep to 320 & below. Had to enter the millie thrice, and busted b4 late reg ended, so that was not very pleasant either. Played a few timbeys on acr as well, same story as stars, even managed to stone cold bubble a tournament (460th with 459 itm, even stalled etc did everything right, except for shoving ak in aa i guess hehe)

I ran a very big stack up in the 55r powerfest on partypoker however, I was like 1/20 with twice as much as second, but as stacks tend to get shallower towards the end, I kept hovering around the 1 mil mark, and eventually entered ft as 3/9 after bubble took ages and structure got totally rekt. Basically it became a shovefest, and lady luck was deciding who was gonna win. I was super super cartdead at this ft, and went from like 1 mil+ to 500k without being able to do much. Then ran it up a bit again, but 2 showdowns 5 handed didnt go my way and I was eventually out in 5th. Got 3k as a consolation price, but kinda sucks given how big of a chipleader I was and the fact that shorty doubled hand before that with jj vs aa too, which costed me like 1.5k too. Also ft bubbled 55 counterpunch bowl on party. Oh well, up a small amount instead of down a big amount, but can't really help but feel a bit dissapointed. Like the inf'th sunday in a row, that when I do make profit, it's a very small amount ugh.

Shoutout to some of the heroes who made some glorious shoves (cantstopmeee, gil3000 and many others) today too!

Back at it tmrw, bc we have 2 day 2s (phases), and will play a session around that. I did include the 700 pko in the list, but pbb gonna skip it, bc fk highstakes really. oioi

Basically checked back combodraw twice bc of awkward spr on turn, many ghosts in my head, and then bitched out on river too when it bricked while it was a super clear/easy bet both on turn and river, so was very annoyed at that. Just could not think clear anymore it seems. Much worse than taking a bad beat

Oh well, **** happens, we got the 4fig mark in our sight again, and off to a relatively good start of the series. Taking today off bc fk super tuesday and big antes. Will play on wednesday again. Xoxo

Took the day off. Tried to reflect a bit on some of the plays I made deep in the tournament, and tried to understand why I made those decisions and not followed through with my gut. Watched a bunch of ted talks about these topics and how our mind functions in general, which was refreshing. I now feel much better again, and will try to avoid these mistakes in the future. This wasn't a video about dealing with regret/fear in particular, but I really liked this ted talk since i'm a huge procrastinator myself. Hope you guys enjoy it too!

Gonna do a review with my backer first tmrw, then play a big session, vamanos

Review with backer was great again. Think I might have plugged a small leak, and overall didn't play nearly as bad as I thought, in fact played rather decent again except for the one hand I ****ed up. Played a session afterwards, and booked a small win again, despite finishing 5th 9th & 11th in my deepest runs. Wcoop 215 pko was not much fun, got up to 15k in first few hands, then managed to lose every hand and got it in with kq vs 88 on q56 for 14k again, but was drawing dead on turn hehe. Plan to play a live bird tmrw (550 bpc unibet) which may not be the greatest decision EV wise with coops going on, but lots of friends will be there too, and it doesn't happen very often a great live tournament is taking place this nearby, so kinda looking forward to that. Will be back online on sunday, unless I somehow ft this live tournament, which then wouldn't be such a bad reason to miss out on a sunday online session. Plan on grinding A LOT starting from sunday, with the most exciting week of powerfest series coming up as well.

In other news, got my bachelor degree with a solid 16/20 on my only resit

haha made glorious bluffshove for heaps on the river with KK on t42j9 half hour b4 end of day 1 against the guy who I presumed was the most solid at the table. turns out he wasn't Lost last 12bbs kk < aj then gg. Pbb bit of a unnecessary punt, oh well ^^ back online on sunday

The real beat had yet to come, since my sunglasses got stolen after I busted. forgot I put my bag of sunglasses under my seat when I busted, then remember it like 15 mins later, and poof they were gone. asked whole staff, bar people, etc no sign. hope the thief will be happy with my -4.5 corrected glasses lmao.

Not a good day to run bad -2k+

started regging at 4pm, cashed 2 mtts, bricked everything on partypoker, mincashed warmup, and was super cartdead while one-tabling 700 for last 2 hours, which is always the case in those high buy in events ofc. ugh gg
