In December ill venture to the hookerlands, Thailand. Me and maybe 2 others will be setting up a grind house in Pattaya. YEAH, PATTAYA.

We wont be going for all cheap hookers. Well let the fat russians have them all. Bitches will be paying our sexy asses for sex, i mean cmon, were blonde europeans. Thats automatic rockstar status in thailand unless ur a fat slob

Anyways, were going to Pattaya cause we have people living there already and weve also been there before. We might move to Koh Samui or some other place in due time but well see.

Short info about me:
(more will come as time moves on )

- Closer to 30s than 20s, sad to say.
- Got a Get rich or die trying attitude, literally dying if this **** dosent come through.
- Swedish. ( got some crazy ass Isildur blood running through my veins )
- Been playing poker since ive been 18. Seriously for the past 2 years.


The challenge, at first:

Figured ill take a few months off before going to Thailand and just relax with fishies and lower stakes. ( also been screwed by a few sites so have most of my roll locked up, awaiting withdrawals ). So last night i started with 50 bucks split on 2 sites.

I wont be making any more deposits. If i need to ill drop down to nl2.

Ill use the following format:

Nl5-10 to 200$
Nl10-20 to 1000$
Nl50-100 to 4000$
Nl100-200 to 8000$

Well see how far ive gone before me going to Thailand. But the goal is.

50$ to 5000$ before going to Thailand in December.

I will make sure to post atleast every other day. Will be posting graphs, hands and maybe some theory talk. I might also be taking bout esoteric things most poker players dont even think matters.

Small update:

BR is around 120$ now. Looking forward to taking shots at nl20 in a day or two.

Had a great time coaching today aswell. Had 2 sessions with 2 different students. Just love it. One of them is progressing uberfast aswell.

Really found love for coaching, teaches me soooo much by having to explain everything all over again, and again, and again.

Presession warmup:

This is something most of us pokerplayers dont do, warmup. The thing is, the brain is like any other muslce, it needs stretching before being able to pull off what we need it to.

So heres what i do.

First of all, i keep a journal and track every single session during the day i play. After the session i write down ratings of my mental and techincal game, giving me pointers on where im at but also what i need to work on.

Also if i see that at 11am i always hit 6/10 in technical but late at night im always at 9/10. Then maybe its time to start playing at nights more

But most importantly, i keep a journal to track my mistakes or new thoughts that might arise. So i can take alook at it later.

Its sooo important in poker to just move on after a hand. THERE IS NO TIME FOR analyzing if we made the correct call or bluff when playing, thats for afterwards.

So anyways this is my presession ritual that i do every morning before going to "work":

1. I meditate for 10-20 minutes. Been using the headspace app recently and i love it.

( This helps SO much to clear my mind, get rid of all anxiety that might be there from bad beats from yesterday or so. Also, most billionaires say meditation and exercise is EVERYTHING. So gots to listen yo )

2. I look at my journal from yesterday. Take a mental note of what i am to do, and what not to do.

This is super important to keep one from not making the same mistake over and over again.



So thats basically it Please share your own pregame rituals or warmups if youd like.

Was out for 6 hours looking for a new apartment for my girlfriend. Found some really cool places. Looking forward to when im settling down, in like 16 years.

Only have time for an hour today cause have 2 coaching sessions with students later on.

Sad to see i havent been able to put the volume in, but as i said. Its all about being balanced. If you dont feel like playing, if ur sick or whatever, then dont.

But be sure to make up for it later in the month So thats what ima do.

Going back home to my place next monday. Will be going for 8+ hours each day by then. So looking forward to it

Sorry guys. I just had abit of a downer after getting to high and drunk and playing nl200-500. Which im not quite ready for :P BR wise or anything.

But now im back. Playing on mulitple sites. Feeling great. Running great. Playing better than ever. Last 2 sessions i played 28/21/13. Positive blueline and redline.

Why is things going so well? Well might be heater. But have been running into quite a few higher flushes and stuff. I dont know. But mostly its because ive dropped down to 6 tables. Ive always played like 12-18. At one time 10 speed nl100 tables at ipoker. For months.

So ive found it to be relaxing and extremely effective to play only 6 and play a highly exploitative game. Targeting the fish all the time. Relentless with the 3betting.

Anyhow:

- Im going to play nl20 only this month.

- No talk about BR. Only hands and results.

I put forth new goals for the coming weeks. Well until october 31st.

I want to play 160 hours and played 3 tonight.
