Summer and back at the tables.
July was good month.
10 grinds and up 5250$. Won the battle 22 at stars which made the month, for 9k.

Goals for august:
20 grinds
300$ profit per grind
Headspace before every grind
Some excersise pre every grind

Damn what a grind. 16 total ITMS.
Ran like a god first hours and then totally destroyed.
Good play and focus tho.

Great week! Yesterday I won a partypoker series turbo 27$ for 2300$
And on sunday I won a tourney for 2500$ aswell. Making me 4k$ up this week.
Also had some nice deeps on pokerstars, which always is superfun.

Yesterday was a fun grind, lots of stacks and itms.
But had a loosing session on 300$.
I always get tilted when i bust couples of deeps and tend to play my c-game on the rest of mtts. Huge leak obv..Got some good advice from 9tablingnit on 2+2 today that i will apply!!

1. I tend to squeeze these more than call when there is also a flat call. I think river valuebet is good, especially with that sizing.

2. Like more raising pre, but if there are lot of 70/50/20 guys behind, why not limp-call ATs, will be profitable.

3. Good bluff IMO, get to fold some better Ax´s and small pockets.

Came second in BB33 yesterday after deal and bounties got about 5.5k. Wonderful feeling to wake up to!

Now to the gym and later watch some youtube videos from live tournamets (ept final tables etc) its enjoyable and some intresting spots.
After that preparing for grind. Looking forward to minitrhill and keep the heat up
