Ask any sng or tourney player. Also on site lije bovada ppl are gonna chase therefore hit More often. U can't live and die with every flip. U will stress urself way to much. U have to come to grips with variance. SNG did for me. U need to find it way of recognizing how evil variance can be and stop feeling entitled. You are only entitled to your equity. U lose 20 times when u flip AA vs KK. Are you gonna feel cheated every time this happens? Or recognize that what just happens sucks, and tell variance to blow you, and move on
I play about 200-500 a day 4 tabling normal tables M-F and more during Saturday and Sunday.

I was sick last night and called in sick at work and slept in. I probably could've survived at work, but I've been feeling really ragged and tired all the time so I decided to take a day off.
Today, I played a bit over 3 hrs and won 3.5 buy ins. I had one bad beat with top pair vs a gutter and over on the turn and the obv guy hit his over :-\, but other than that, got AI as a dominating favorite and playing very well. I had position on a super whale raising 5x-8x and being a calling station post flop. He was running extremely hot as I 3 bet him 3 times with AQ, and everytime I flopped air and couldn't c bet because I knew he wasn't going to fold. I lost out on huge value when I flopped K high flush and he had a Q high flush on a 2 4 6 K K sss, board, I should've raised when he bet into me hard on the turn, not really sure why I didn't, pretty sure he would've called had I shoved. I lost out in about another 40 dollars in value there. Need to get full value against these whales.
I've been noticing to really thin bet for value, the fish can't seem to fold if they get a piece of the board. Once I hit 2300, I'll playing 100NL. Had I run EV, I'd already be there.
