What’s going on everybody?

I woke up pretty early this morning and went to the gym before work. I don’t think I’ve ever said what I do for a job, but I work in a warehouse until I’m out of college or become a pro haha. Anyways, it’s a pretty physical job, and working out may take its toll. Got home from work and had a bit of a headache, but I still hopped onto ACR and started some SNGs after studying for a bit in other areas.

Decided to start off with a couple of $1.50+.12 9 max Turbos this evening. I wasn’t looking to get too crazy, but I just wanted to play a lil sumn sumn to get the session rolling (on a positive note, hopefully). I am writing this as I am waiting for the 2 SNGs to get full, but hopefully we get some of that run good today!

Well my ****ing computer decided to be (for lack of a better term) ******ed. It had to restart because of an unknown problem and when it came back on it couldn’t find a connection to ANY wifi. I live in an apartment and there’s probably 30 connections going at a time at least, and the damn computer couldn’t find any. I restarted twice to no avail, and it finally came back on after the third time. I was already blinded out of one SNG and had 2 BBs at another. Managed to come back and cash in second, but I’m still pretty pissed about losing because of an internet connection/computer malfunction.

Was super out of it the whole session, only cashed in a few, and I’m just glad I called it quits when I did. Not a good session, but not because of the actual games. I was out of it with a headache and my computer ****ing up tilted me, and one thing led to another. Working tomorrow, but I will be playing after if I am feeling better. Good luck, guys. Results below.

What’s up, guys?

Got home from work and was feeling a bit better today. I am looking forward to getting this session in and booking a win (hopefully)! I have been having problems with ACR deposit center where I try to put in $25 to take a couple shots here and there with the same card I used to make my initial deposit, but it won’t work for some reason and both my bank and ACR are saying it’s not a problem on their end, so I am kind of in a spot with that. Anyways, going to be playing some SNGs tonight from $3 and down, but not a lot are running at that level currently. Let’s get that run good!

1) $3.30 9 max reg – Shipped it! K8o v Q8o (played this hand super well and disguised it all the way down)
2) Same 9 max reg – busted on bubble after making an all in call with the best hand (AQ) and opponent flopping a boat (KT on KKT), crippled and stacked with a 4BB jam Ace high that missed

Really happy with how I played. I made it to heads up in the first SNG and made a huge fold on the river, on one hand, but came back and outplayed my opponent. I was taking really in depth notes throughout the SNG’s early and mid stages, which helped me narrow my opponents range and make the final read that won us the SNG. Made the right plays in the second, but got a huge cooler and that was basically it.

I’m really looking forward to playing more tomorrow. Tonight was quite a brief session volume wise. I played for about 2 hours after work, which isn’t a lot, but I only got 2 games in since I was one tabling. Tomorrow will be a high volume (for me), high grind session.

Hope you all are running well and on an upswing. Good luck out there!

How’s it going everybody?

I got a workout in this morning and started studying after a shower and breakfast. I am super pumped to start this session. I was looking into playing a tournament today, but there is nothing that looks that good currently for a $5 buy in or less. I really like bounty/knockout tournaments, but ACR doesn’t really have that many running throughout the day. I will be playing some SNGs and hopefully cashing in all of them! Let’s go!

Here are the SNGs that we played and the result:

1) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - 3rd place, lost to a flush draw all in on turn with our 86%
2) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - bust
3) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - bust A8s v TT
4) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - bust all in on flop of Q7T with KQ v AQ
5) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - 2nd place cash with KTs vs AJo all in pre on 37JKJ runout
6) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - 3rd place cash QT v 99 as short stack
7) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - bust A5 to J8o
8) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - bust 65s v QQ
9) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - bust in 5th 77 v AKo on 24395 runout
10) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - 1st place 68s v KJ on J5878
11) $1.50 + .12 Turbo 6 max - bust after A8 loses to A5
12) $3.00 + .30 Regular 9 max - bust on bubble A3 v K6o
13) $3.00 + .25 Turbo 9 max - down to 4 BBs after 77 beat by 88,
14) $2 Jackpot Poker - $4 spin – bust KQs vs AQo

Played decently tonight. Probably not my A game, but I was multitabling to get some volume in. A lot of coolers (77 v 88, KQ vs AQ twice, lost a couple flips like 77 v AK and A5 v J8) and a lot of poor running. I’m glad to have cashed a couple times and to have won one of them, but those aren’t the results I want. We need more. All in all, we didn’t have a ginormous loss today, which is alright. Also, we will be getting a bit of rakeback from all these SNGs to cushion the blow.

I am working tomorrow, but I will try and get a couple of these in after. Good luck out there everybody!

Turbos. Dont like the,m. Skill is such a small facotr.

Good artitude. Warehouse is a good place.

A-game versus Volume: IMO A-game most importamt. Reason is: A-game lets u play higher stakes with EV+. At higher stakes b-game is EV-.

Improve A-game. PAY ATTENTION TO EVERY SMALL DETAIL! Bcome crusher. When i played sit and goes back in the days my ROI was sick. I never took my eyes of the table and never played more than one tvbale.

Quickly i rose from micro to 400 dollar cash game.

Thanks for the pointers. I definitely agree there is less skill involved at turbos and hyper, and it's more dependent on actually making hands. Also I do think I do better when one tabling. Going to try and start multitabling to increase win rate, but if it's not going well back to one table I go.

Hey, everybody!

I was thinking about poker all day at work, and I am finally home and ready to play! I want to get in some SNG 2.0s or something. Play something different today, you know? LFG!

I did deposit $35 to play these as a freeroll of sorts. I know it’s not a 100 BI bankroll, but I wanted to play a couple of these 2.0s to get some bigger action and hopefully ship it and make that money!

1) $55 prize pool with 4 places paid – bust with JTs on 9T5 all in v AKo with ace on turn
2) $35 prize pool with top 2 ITM -- stacked by AK with JJ all in pre with AK5 flop, bust 66 v JT all in pre
3) $70 prize pool with 6 places paid – shipped it for $22.40 Q8s v J8o
4) $70 prize pool with 6 places paid – 3rd place for $11.90 KJs v A9o
I went and got dinner with my girlfriend after #4. When we came back, I looked to see if there were any regular SNGs running, but there were only a couple with most being 6 max games, which I don’t really prefer. We had a decent day today, so I decided to just hop into a 6 max $0.01/0.02 PLO game with a short buy in and see what happens. I was only committing one hour and would either run it up or lose. I was obviously hoping to win, but it is one buy in that is less than 1% of my roll, so it’s okay either way.

Only played PLO for an hour today since it was so late already when I started. Did fairly well, made some bluffs that didn’t get through towards the end though. Also, I played with someone who I know from 2+2 which was pretty cool! I wasn’t looking to do anything crazy tonight. I just wanted to play some PLO, man! The the the GRRRRREAT GAME (Joe Ingram shout out). Hope you guys are doing well! Also, going to be playing some volume tomorrow. Looking forward to getting to the gym and grinding the online felt.

What’s up, guys?
Blew $5 messing around in the ACR casino. I know, you don’t have to say it.

Hopped into a couple SNG 2.0s after that. Here are the games played with prize pools, payout structure and result. I signed up for JackPot Freerolls and got into one of their tournaments. Started off running really well and got up to 2nd place with 60K with 1st having 105K. One player at my table was literally shoving every hand and instantly rebuying after. He got lucky on me twice with 54o vs AQ all in pre and ran out 55Q46 and then he open jammed K9s vs my A4 and ran 99568. Not very happy with that, but that’s how it goes. Those got us back down to 35K (46th place). Ended up eliminating that specific player who jammed 74h on a 2 heart flop with no pair. That got us into 11 with 75k.

Ended up busting in 28th of 1276 players. Final hand we have A9o UTG+1 and call UTG min raise open. Folds around and we take a flop of 568r. He had been betting 2/3rd pot on all flops and continued. We called. Turn was a 9 giving us top top. He bets 2/3 again and we 3 bet. He 4 bet jams and we call. He shows 98o for two pair. River is another 8 which 2 pairs us and boats him up. Overall, we take home $0.93. Not happy with that result, but I’m happy making such a deep run. Onto some SNG 2.0s after dinner.

Like we said, following dinner I hopped into a couple SNG 2.0s. Results and all of those will be right below this sentence.

1) $65 prize pool with top 5 getting paid – cash in second for $13.65 w KTc v J7d on 968QT runout
2) $55 prize pool with top 4 getting paid -- cash in 4th for $8.25 KJ v 77 on AQ947
After this I decided to just chill out and play cash games at very low stakes until my girlfriend got home. I was expecting this to be a high volume day, but the tournament obviously took up a lot of time. I don’t like multitabling tournaments or SNGs right now since I feel I lose an edge by not focusing on all the patterns and such.

That being said, with today’s SNG victory we have reached a new BR high as well as a new high for money won for the duration of the challenge. Let’s crack a beer and play some PLO!

As far as cash games go, there wasn’t a short PLO game running at the 1c/2c level so I just joined a regular one (I know, big risky over here). Only played 21 hands as I had about 30 min to play. Made a couple quarters and that’s that. All results will be down below.

Hey everybody!

No tournaments today for me. I didn’t see too many that looked that great, and the ones in the BR were already on level 9+, so I didn’t feel like going in with a 15BB stack. Decided to get some SNG 2.0s running after doing some basic errands this morning. I am still waiting in the lobby for the games to start up, but hopefully we can post a third win in a row today! I am looking forward to crushing these games, and hopefully one of these times we will hit the jackpot spin. We all can dream, cant we? Results will be down below!

1) $70 prize pool with top 4 paid – bust in 5th with 22 jam in SB vs 77 in BB call
2) $70 prize pool with top 6 paid – bust in 9th with BTN jam and call in BB with J9 v 88
3) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid -- bust in 8th with out BTN jam and SB call 88 v AK
4) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid – bust in 6th KQ v AJ all in pre with runout of AAJKA
5) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid – bust in 5th Q9 v A7
6) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid – bust in 9th AQ v 88 all in on flop of QT4 with 8A runout
7) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid – bust in 5th JT v A4
8) $90 prize pool with top 8 paid -- bust in 5th for $9
9) $35 prize pool with top 2 paid – bust in 7th KJs vs A6 all in on flop of 55K with AJ runout
Ran quite poorly today. Missed draws a lot and lost pretty much every flip that we were a part of. Also, it doesn’t help that we kept getting minimum prize pool games 5 times in a row. After a short tilt/head clearing break. I hopped into SNG 2.0 #8.

That didn’t work. Continued getting min spins with only one being higher. Really disgusting to me, that crap. I mean 9 spins with 66% of them being min is just boring. I decided to go play regular SNGs after that to keep getting games going and take a bit less of a toll on the BR since this was the biggest losing session of the challenge with all this freaking bull****. As you can see by the results above and below, the amount of final hands where we had pocket pairs or high card/better kicker and got in pre, we lost. I count over 6 times where our pocket pairs got beat by high card hands that hit. I know we can't win them all, but POKER GODS GIVE ME A BREAK!

1) $3 9 max reg bust 77 v ATs
2) $3 9 max turbo bust ATs v A7o
3) $5 9 max rev bust in 5th w 4 BBs left in SB K4s v KTo on BTN
4) $3 9 max turbo 2nd place 44 v QK
5) $3 9 max turbo bust 66 v 99
6) $3 9 max turbo 2nd place K4o vs A7o flop K74 turn Q River A

We will be back down to the $1.50s and $3s after today. Lost the money we deposited to take shots today, which is disappointing, but it won’t be the last time. Obviously, shot taking is very short term and subject to either side of variance. It sucks that we got all the min spins and couldn’t connect on basically any flops, but that’s how it goes sometimes. It was nice to cash in a couple of the standard format SNGs, but we still got rivered a few times where they had 3 outs to a higher pair and hit the ace from space and that kind of ****. It’s frustrating to lose as I’m sure everybody can agree with, but it sucks even more when you make the right plays or right jams depending on stack size and opponent call/jam tendencies and still lose even with the 80 percent equity. Back at it tomorrow if I can play some SNGs after work. Good luck out there guys.

Hey guys,

Let’s get right into the nitty gritty. I played some SNGs when I got home, and here are the results.

1) $1.50 Reg 9 max – got down to half stack calling a hand I thought was a bluff, jammed 88 and AK flopped two pair of course (God, why can’t we win a flip or hold for crying out loud)
2) $3.00 Turbo 9 max - bust early on TT v KK (guy went all the way down his time bank before calling)
3) $3.00 Turbo 9 max - bust AKs v 44 on QT4 flop w two hearts and no help from there
4) $3.00 Turbo 9 max - bust as short stack calling SB jam in the BB with JT v A9

After #4, I kind of had it with the SNGs. Not running well at all the past couple days combined with missing 9/10 flops and getting coolered left and right or sucked out on when we get it in as a favorite was frustrating me. This is probably the worst downswing I have had outside of cash games.

All that aside, I decided to enter a $2.20 $50 GTD Freezeout KO tournament with $0.40 bounty. Short stacked pretty early on, and just went from there. Had to play pretty tight obviously with only 6 BBs. Final hand we get it in with 88 after the UTG player raises to 3 BB and it folds to me in the HJ. I jam and he rolls over TT. Flop comes T75. Turn is a 6 giving us the open ender. River is a ten.

That’s how these past couple nights have been going. Not only do we get it in with a mid pair and get called with a better one, but they just give the guy quads just because a higher hand isn’t good enough. All I can do is laugh at this point. Like, what kind of luck is that? It’s just one bad beat or cooler after another. I now understand the imminent downswing and the toll it takes on the psyche of a person. Sure I may be making the right play or I may jam a bit wide, but these past couple beats have definitely been outliers on our standard graph. That’s just how it goes sometimes. Going to be looking into the tournaments for tomorrow night and seeing where we are at. Good luck out there guys.

I will be depositing another $40 tomorrow to play these tournaments. I know this is a BR challenge, of course. With that stated, I am employed and have cashflow coming in every week. I want to turn this into something a lot bigger, and sometimes you have to risk it for the biscuit. Hopefully we can turn this downswing around.

What’s up everybody?

So, it’s pre session right now, and I am trying to decide whether to play SNGs, Tournaments, or Cash. I will have a look into each respective lobby and make my choice from there. I am excited to get back online and hopefully book a win today to break the downswing. Let’s go!

So I flipped a coin and fate determined we play the $10+1 $7.5K GTD tournament. Once again, the bad run continues. Big pot hands for that will be below.

1) We have QJo and open in MP with a call from the SB. Flop comes 7J6 with 2 clubs and we snap check. He leads for 3 BB and we call. Turn is Qc and we check again. He bets 7 BB and we have 9 behind. We jam it in with top 2 and J of clubs. He calls with AJo (no club) and we have 88% equity. River is the ace of course.

2) We are in the BB facing the short stack jam from the BTN when it folds to him. Jam is 6 BB and we have KTs. We call and he shows 77. Flop is TT6, turn is A. 95% on the turn, people. River is a two outer 7 giving him the boat.

3) Folded to us in the SB and we jam 22 BBs into the BB with 99 v KQd (he calls of course) Flop is 328r and we have 72%. Turn is Q and river is 4. There goes bullet #1.

4) Second bullet lost against same player from hand #3. He min opens UTG and we jam the remaining 14 BBs with AJs. He calls with KJo giving us the 76% preflop advantage. Runout comes 87KQ3.

As you can see, the cards were once again not coming in our favor. We get it in good ¾ times with 70%+ equity. It’s just not our day. And the one time we get it in behind, we flop the set only to get 2 outed on the river. Welcome to the world of runbad people, population me.

After the second bullet went in the gutter I decided to end the session early. I know tournaments are high variance, but I just was tilted and didn’t feel like continually getting my head smashed in with the sharp end of a pillow by these kids. Probably playing tournaments again on Tuesday as I have the day off work, but what I do tomorrow is to be determined. I hope you guys have a better night than I did. Good luck out there.

Took last night off for a couple reasons. My old lady had a terrible day and needed someone to be there for her, and the past couple sessions warranted an off day as I was not feeling all the coolers and sick bad beat runouts that I had been running into.

I am looking forward to playing today. I will either be playing a couple tournaments online or going to the casino and playing cash for a couple hours until the tournament starts at 7pm. I will probably play online, but I have open options. Good luck to everybody out there!

I am going to get a workout in this morning, and then start the grind at about 1:00pm. Let's get on the right side of run-good today! Updates to come.

What’s up everybody?

I decided to just stay home and play today. We entered the $10+1 Extreme Tuesday 10k GTD with 12 min levels and 5 hrs of late reg and a 10K starting stack. Ended up firing two bullets here, and below will be the results/big hands of each of them.

- First bullet:
---- Get QQ all in preflop vs AK who 3 bet us OOP and we 4 bet jammed. King spikes on the flop and we don’t improve, which drops our 18K stack down to 7K.
-----Again, we get QQ on the BTN. We 3 bet vs an EP raise and flat from LP and get jammed and called on. We call and are against AKo and pocket Aces. No improvement, and there goes the first buy in

-Second bullet:

---- We get our AJh all in against a short stack on the turn of QQTJ rainbow and opponent has QK. River is the K giving us the straight and opponent a boat.
---- AQ loses agains AJ all in pre, and that cuts us down to starting stack in level 12. Not good.
---- Our AQ chops with A9 after preflop jam/call on a runout of 44JK4
----We hold with JTs v AQs facing the jam on a flop of J93, which gets us back to 23BBs.
---- Final hand: we are down to 8 BBs and it is raised from EP and folded to us in the SB. We jam with AQo and the EP raiser calls with KK and we miss.

We won a couple flips but lost a majority of them. Once again, the downswing continues and we can’t get a good run going. It’s tiring and frustrating to play for 6 hours only to bust and have nothing to show for it. Can’t hold 90% of the time we get it in ahead, our big pocket pairs get busted by AK over and over, and that just continues.

I know to win tournaments you have to be lucky repeatedly, but we just can’t seem to find that streak for some reason. Obviously, we start open shoving a little wider when folded to us as our stack size shrinks, but it’s not like I’m open jamming QTo or J7s or something. Sure, if we have the chip lead with 2 short stacks in the blinds that might be occurring more often, but I’m not getting super out of line or anything. I can admit I got outplayed in one hand not mentioned above where I rivered the nut flush and the opponent value towned me with a boat 6s full of 4s, but that’s just another cooler.

Hopefully we can get something going sometime soon, man.

I won’t be playing a tournament tomorrow since I have to work, but we will see what develops on Thursday and Friday since I have those days off. Good luck to everybody out there.

Chilled out for a little after the tournament bust and got some beers to - you know - amend my feelings. Hopped into a 25NL (10c/25c) short stack game and made back $13 in 58 hands. Not a huge sample size, of course, but I felt a lot more comfortable in this game than in the 5NL games for some reason. I was playing very tight (15 VPIP and 10 PFR) and ran well, but I could tell the thinking level I have is far more suitable at this level. It was a shortstack buy in with $12.50 max BI, but it seemed like all the studying I did in the past and all the videos I have watched/books I read got my thinking level above what my BR suits.

Like I said, it is clear that this is quite an extremely short sample size, but we will see what happens in the future. I used to play on Intertops Poker and had a lot of success at 25NL, but there were hardly ever good games that weren't reg infested, so I switched over to ACR.

Anyways, the misses just got home so it's time to close up shop for the night. I am happy to have made back one of the bullets for the tournaments we played today, but there is still work to do. Good luck out there, guys.

Got involved in the $3.30 1K GTD tournament this morning on ACR. Made it fairly deep but didn't cash due to a huge cooler in the final hand I played. Here are the main pots:

1) I raise QQ 4x early in the game and 4 bet a raise with 2 other players. Flop comes A24 and we fold to a big bet from EP. They get it in and we made the right fold when they show AK and AQ.

2) KK holds v KQo all in pre which gets us back to starting stack

3) Similar situation as hand #1 with QQ and a fold on an Ace high flop facing two players who showdown better hands.

FINAL HAND:

We are on BTN with A6h and a stack of 32BBs. MP+2 raises to 2 BB. I flat and so does BB. Flop comes 2sAd6d giving us top 2. BB checks, MP jams his remaining 6 BBs and we rejam. BB calls.

MP+2 has J9d
BB has Ac8d

Turn is Jc
River is Jh

This gives short stack top set and BB a better two pair since our hand gets counterfeited.

We were 58% on flop and 69% on turn with 88% equity on the turn for the side pot.

Really frustrating runout and that's the end of the tournament run for us. It was too late in the tournament for us to rebuy with that only getting us about 9 BBs. Just unlucky, and that's how it's been going for us lately. Another downswing day.

What’s up guys?

Played a bunch of sit n gos today and literally didn’t cash any of them. I mean to tell you this is the worst downswing I have ever had these past weeks. Get it in ahead and somehow lose every single big hand. I am about to go crazy lol I just can’t believe this you know? I literally lost AA vs T7 offsuit today in an all in PF situation. I will have all hand results down below. I really hope this run like ****ing **** stops.

1) $1.50 Turbo 9 max - bust (forgot to record final hand)
2) $3 Regular 9 max - bust 44 v 99 in BB facing SB steal
3) $3 Regular 9 max - AJ can’t hold v A6o, A6 beat by 34o in a 4 bet PF pot with 25KA4 runout
4) $3 Regular 9 max - 55 < TT
5) $3 Regular 9 max - AQ < AT all in pre with runout J8759
6) $1.50 Turbo 6 max - lose first hand AA vs T9o 5 bet pre and all in with 99JK9 runout
7) $1.50 Turbo 6 max - A7 < 45 all in as short stack and called
8) $1.50 Turbo 6 max - all in on flop of 7h3h7c with 97s vs T8h and he rivers flush
9) $1.50 Turbo 6 max - KQ < JJ, TT < AK both all in pre flips vs same player
10) $1.50 Hyper Turbo 6 max – QJ < 66
11) $1.50 Hyper Turbo 6 max – JQ < A6h when we flop straight and he rivers flush, J9 < Q7
12) $1.50 Hyper Turbo 6 max – J7s v AQo all in on flop of 7JQ with Q4 runout
13) $1.50 Hyper Turbo 6 max – we actually won this one surprisingly
14) $1.50 Turbo 6 max – Bust when we limp call down 34c on Kc3s5c6hQc vs KTc

Yes, I was getting it in pretty wide in the Hypers to apply pressure, and most of the time we were getting it in ahead with flopped sets/straights, etc and just getting smacked by turns and rivers. Like honestly how many times can I lose with a better pocket pair, a flopped set, a flopped straight, bigger high card hands, etc? I know it’s variance, but at some point in time the Poker Gods have got to find someone else to **** over instead of me, right?

After those I got dinner and played the $7.50 $1250 GTD 6max KO tournament. That didn’t last long. Played 30 hands and got a wonderful cooler to send me home.

I have Th6h and min open from the btn and get called by both blinds. Flop is 9h8s8d giving us BD flush draw and straight draw. BB bets pot, I call and SB calls. Turn is 3h. BB bets ½ pot and I call while SB folds. River is Qh completing our flush. BB jams and we call and he has Q8 for the boat.

Yes, a boat is an obvious jam but he could have had a hand like J8, J9, Q9, A8 with a heart, etc. Whatever, man. Just another bad beat to add to the hundred we have gotten this week.

WELP had some drinks (more eloquent than saying "I'm drunk", right?) and hopped into some PLO on ACR. I didn't had filters preset for NL cash games, but I didn't realize it until I was already making a huge move.

I got into a 25PLO short stack buy in game, but didn't realize it was no limit until I clicked the pot button but it was the all in button instead. If you know ACR format and play PLO you know what I'm talking about. Got lucky and won that hand. Decided to get into an actual pot limit game after that and moved down to 5 NL. Tripled up and got some run good for once and won enough to cover today's SNG destruction. Graphs to be posted tonight if I can figure it out or tomorrow. FINALLY we get some run good. Hopefully it will last longer than an hour. Good luck guys

What's up guys? It's been a while.

I had some terrible run bad in the tournaments and SNGs lately as you all know from the previous few posts. I took 2 days off this week (not back to back) and have been getting back into cash game PLO while I have been playing. I haven't put in any huge volume sesisons lately. It has primarily just been single tables and grinding it out trying to play well and get the bluffs through when I can.

I have been watching PLO strat videos and such while playing my one table to kill two birds with one stone. I don't have much free time, even on my days off, so I have to get these in while I can. I may be sacrificing a tiny % of my edge, but I think it is working so far.

Played a couple hours today of single table $0.02/0.05 NL and PL Omaha and was table hopping to good tables that aren't reg infested. I will try to post another graph if I can work it out of this month's PLO results, which have been pretty solid for once!

Good luck out there everybody and keep grinding.

What's up guys?

Haven't been updating as much because it gets tedious and after a losing session I really just want to clear my head until it's time to review before the next day's session.

I played some more PLO today and hopped around stakes chasing this one fish. It was pretty swingy and I have been experiencing a lot of that the more I play. In regards of the fish, he was calling down with any top pair hand no matter the kicker, which I learned the hard way bluffing on a board of AcKcTsJs9h with QQxx blocker hand. Anyways, I finally stacked him at a PLO10 table which was a nice boost.

After that I played just a single $3 turbo 9 max SNG (hold 'em) and shipped that too for $13.

Overall, it was a nice day. I didn't play much, but I got it where it counts boys!

BR is up to $266 and climbing.

I have found the hard part of PLO to be the swings (go figure). My graph looks like a roller coaster over the past 1k hands of PLO I have played, but luckily we are still in the green. + a few BIs for 10PLO, but I'm not looking to make that my regular stake just yet.

Also, I have found that the 1c/2c tables are just too fishy to play. I know you hear the guys who say you can't beat people who never fold, but this is especially true at the bottom PLO stake. There have been multiple days where 3 or more players at a 6 max table have VPIP of 80-100 after 50 hands. That might seem like a dream, but unless you actually hit the big hand you just lose to one of them having 5 high flush when you make top set on the flop and pot it and they just keep calling.

Overall, I would say I definitely need to be studying more, but I am proud of how much I have been improving over the past month.

Thanks for reading, and, as always, I hope you all run well!

Hey guys,
Didn't play much last night as I had a lot to do after work and I work this morning.

I only played one $1.50 turbo 9max sng since the Omaha games weren't looking very good. Cashed in second when I got it all in with K9o vs QT and binked a 9 on the flop but a ten hit the turn.

Br is at 269.

Good luck out there!

Whats up everybody?

Played some cash game action tonight. Booked a couple bucks in PLO5 after I noticed a solid reg was donking off his stacks chasing nut flushes. I'm guessing he was drunk or tilted, but either way works for me. I took that and decided to sit back, have a beer, and play some NL2 9 max. Ran well for that duration and cracked Aces with Kings and then got it in on the river with Jacks full of tens vs trips and scooped that as well.

BR up to $273! Lets keep it going!

You seem to do well with sng, but your cash game seems to be leeching money from your br slowly. Are you not as good at cash games? Thought about sticking to all sng for awhile to see how it goes?
