Played well today overall however there were some really bad call downs that cost me 1-2 stacks. I kind of fell back into my old thought process of too bluff catchy in big pots...Thats my form of tilt. But im glad i snapped out of it and played solid to end the session.

i played 2 more sessions today...things didnt go well...

So after the past 2 bad days i did alot of study, re watched several coaching videos and watched some mental game videos D7 has made.

I came back this morning and felt a little edgy but played very well beside one call off for stacks in 4b pot.

Mehh, that's a lot of nasty beats. The only thing I'd say do different is don't call the turn/river donkbets much, don't think they are bluffs often enough. Keep your head up!

fishes do lead with bluffs on river but they tank before they do it usually from my experience whereas they insta lead when they have it

so i had one of our coaches review my last 10k hands where i've lost 16bi (-10ev). other than some bad plays overall it was positive feedback and mainly variance so somewhat comforting.

i played a session this morning and lost 2.5bi which was included in the 10k bad sample.

still feeling good i just need to adjust some more based on population

Having a coach quickly review the losses gave me some confidence. I played another 1.5hr session today, lost like 50bb but played well.I was missing many flops in 3b pots and 4b pots so i was having to give up a ton, hence redline. But overall i can walk away from second session feeling good.

One of those periods again where I am folding alot in the right spots, not hitting any hands etc, losing with all big pairs etc. Meh watcha gona do

I played a few sessions today. The first two were the same old, losing and folding. Suffering red line. But then my last session just when i was recording for a review, was awesome. I ran well. Hitting flops. Gettin folds. I guess my coach will tell me if i was playing bad. But dam it felt good to have a winning session

Since I've started making the d7 adjustments my red line has been a slight winner. But since my blue line has plummeted, maybe thats not all that great

played several sessions since last update with spurts of run good and play good, but also making some silly errors when either tired or brain fading. Having session length times is helping reducing losses when mentally fatigued. I think my ideal session length is around 1hr approx depending how im feeling.
