So I played another session after work, when the games are not as good and immediately lost 5bi in a few hundred hands. I then ground back to -150bb approx but had an ev of $150 so ok overall. I've played 40k hands at 100z now and I'm 13bi under ev roughly which sucks. I wish I could have positive variance for once over a prolong period.

Hey bro. I`m not with you on this one. Variance is part of the game and unless you want to change something about it, you shouldn`t waste your time thinking about it.

Accepting the things you can not change as they are might make a difference in EV between two players that are sharing the same theoretical knowledge.

Ive been to vegas over 10 times, i love it But, never been to macau. I dont know anybody there and i generally meet with mates when in vegas so im not alone for 10 days every trip. Its on my bucket list though.

In off peak or normal times the cost for me to get from australia to vegas is really not that expensive. About $2k for flights and about 1-1.5K for hotel. For 10 nights approx. I really just use the time for vacation and also alot of cards

I agree with TDA, flatting with two pair works very well there, no added benefits to jamming on this specific card where 2 straights get there, in this case 3rd one as well.
Vs overpairs we're still ahead and most of them b/f. We keep some of villains bluffs in the pot, QTs OESD and turned FD's, those hands probably b/f as well.

QQ on hhh runout even vs fish seems v optimistic.
