this theory prob stinks
I think the same and im certain its wrong

It's good on the mental/variance front but definitely not the best play

Autumn mornings are great. I think games are usually good if you get up really early as well, which is kind of depressing in that people seem to love to punt off a few stacks before heading to work :P

Yeah, Part of my program are overhead press/military press. These are prob the nuts in terms of shoulder exercises.

Any stats on villain in KK hand? That's a pretty sick board to be facing a 4b+triple on, not sure I'd fold this tbh but should maybe do so vs population tendencies.. I'd like to think there has to be at least some regs in the 100z pool this would be a calldown vs, but in reality it's prob not many?

K9s not sure I like this flop xc plan of yours, as it's so easy for villains to put pressure on your range that way and deny you your equity. iirc we had a similar spot some pages back, so guess it just fits your gameplan but I don't really understand it What happens when he barrels turn, then you're forced to xf or xr? It would be better just barreling this yourself, yeah we're OOP and he can float wider but we control the pot so much better that way.

very hard to call Kings on the river given that 4bet bluffs are usually suited aces or suited kings and value 4bets should probably be like KK AKs AA with maaaybe the occasional QQ(which would be checking back riv) suited ace gets there and we block suited kings

so yeah we would be hoping to be against a random 4bet bluff with 2 napkins

KK hand is def fold on river, like fayth said. Maybe HU like you play its different.

Regarding K9cc hand, you are right there was a very similar spot a week or so ago. Some % of time I will check this hand. We are multiway and there will be many occasions i will be check folding on this flop as it hits a CC range better. So at some frequency I mix in a hand like AA or FD to check call therefore im not always check folding.

Ill review in PIO, but it will need to be a HU pot, which may be a cbet always.

@ 100bb ya sure

But, we are 153bb deep. MP vs BB. Ranges are tighter. Vs a player i have hands on and they are 4b wider then ya i ship

Panda, i tried to sim this hand best i could if we were in HU pot, and interestingly enough we are checking k9cc 50% of time.

Alright that's certainly an interesting outcome as I'm not familiar w PIOs work, altho I understand we should be doing a lot of checking on that texture w those ranges. Thanks for running it, keep up the good work!

PIO does alot of interesting things. It certainly likes checking OOP.

Played a sess this morning again. Thats really my daily ritual. Wake up at 6am, eat breakfast and grind for 1-2 hrs then go to work. Dedication right!

Some straights got there and u block diamonds that could be spazzing like this.Doubt he's turning a Jx into a bluff with this sizing and hes not raising KK-QQ there I think, you blocking AA kinda sucks abit too

The board is disasterously draw heavy and you're only holding trips.

By leading out you are getting nice value from all draws, and there are dozens of combo's that you now have beat that may actually not bet the turn - Donking should definitely be in your arsenal to extract value.
