My mental game was atrocious

May take day off

after this session i went to work all day per usual, then came home armed with 2 beers and crushed the tables. Got rostucko and quit. 6.5k hands played yesterday!

Played brief session of 1k hands before work today. I followed my 15 minute hand review warm up procedure and proceeded to crush. Won about 440bb.

55BI won so far this month.

Will prob slow down for rest of month in terms of volume wise and spend more time with GF and chilling

Ive played some bad sessions which have ruined results but ground bad and had to fold alot recently so red line has tumbled. Some sessions i dont warm up and click buttons which results in terrible plays. I action to quickly and dont think enough before making a decision

I spend 15-20 mins approx reviewing a hand or two and go through my range and villains range and look at combos more in depth. Just helps my brain get into a more analytical mode

Need to start doing this.
