So, 50nl has been pretty ****house for me. I have been playing badly and reacting in the totally wrong way to added pf and post flop aggression in the wrong spots. This has caused me to play more, sleep less and essentially tilt. Not anger tilt, like a subliminal tilt about losing. Then i feel like the more i play the faster ill get out of the hole and start winning but it just gets worse and worse because my mind is not in the right frame of mind.

So, some cool news. Ive transitioned to HU exclusively now. I am playing on many sites to get action. Its actually harder work to find action HU for lower stakes like 50nl etc and the micros. Im just playing from 4nl to 50nl to get a feel of things and all the new ranges and lines I have been given from CFP.

Although i havnt played many hands, results are good and i think play is ok so far.

Before I transitioned I went on a huge DS taking a shot at 100nl snap on 888 when the field was super soft and I ran badly at 50nl so over the month om down like $750 (was 1k). I took a day off and chilled, reviewed my game and also spoke with Gordon whoe suggested i start HU play.

so after 3k hands at heads up i really just didnt like it very much. it was more of an annoyance playing on so many different rooms to find fish and i didnt like the flow of the game so much. I didnt give it much of a chance, and im sure i will in teh future, just not now.

Therefore I have shift back to 6 max and back grinding my main game, 25nl on stars. Man the software is so much better ahhhhh i love it lol

This are going very well, im mentally focussed, disciplined and playing well. I cut down on tables so generally only play up to a max of 8 and thats only when im moving tables in and out, so more like consistantly 6.

I have my set ranges from bpc and am following them well. Im more confident following the lines and improving my hand ranging skills.

86 just do a lolpotodds calculation on the turn assuming 13.5-ish outs (I'd say roughly half the time you hit As or 9s you're behind), I think you can assume you always get his stack (by donkjamming) when you hit.
KK either b/f or xb turn is fine, bet more often than not probably.

AQ I wouldn't jam river but I would add a couple of dollars to the bet size.
76s barrel turn nearly always, fish will peel flop fold turn v v often on paired boards.

hey bud, like the new vid on GS, seems like you are more confident, i can hear it in your voice, compared to when you were losing towards the end of last year on stars.

with the KK hand, the reason i put all the money in, any draw, tptk or set would call i would expect. So when the flop is super wet giving better odds to huit is better iyo? Why is getting money in over two streets better>

I would suggest also play on 888 at least on the side because its soft especially snap although still swingy.

That AK hand v aces at the start. Against regs I think checking flop or turn is good because you are either well ahead or crushed, your never getting 3 streets of value there unless its a ******.

not really. i played 25nl, crushed, moved to 50nl, lost, moved back to 25nl then gordon from bpc asked me to do some hu, i said ok, played 3k hands and didnt like it so much, so now back to 25nl, build my roll back up then take another shot at 50nl with 40BI.

I think the hand you are referring to is on 888 snap? If so many are tards hence the barrel. But yeah against reg its a good bet, check, bet or something along those lines depending on runouts.

i really hate 888. I always have huge issues with freezing. Im happy on stars, its still soft enough, you just cant be lazy and not table select.
