I don't believe you are playing optimally atm. I have played with you quite a bit this year and some of your lines make me scratch my head because they are definitely sub optimal.

Calling a 3 bet here 3 way with 5 high is not going to be profitable here in the long run even vs a fish. Your implied odds are cut way down since the pot is bloated on the flop since its 3 way vs heads up.

No need to 4 bet this hand, it's to strong to turn it into a bluff. You can easily call this hand and play post even OOP

No need to 3 bet this hand pre vs a laggy player. His continuing range has you crushed or has 50% equity vs you almost always. If he's laggy he's not playing fit/fold post plus he opened from the cutoff, not the button (if your intention was to 5bet jam over a 4 bet) and it's essentially a min raise preflop.

River shove is to thin here

Fold to the X-raise even when it's that small. Your peeling for 3 outs as 1 of them is dirty and you have no BD Flush draw. Only reason to peel there is because you think he's shutting down on the turn but He's never going to X-raise that flop and then shut down on the turn as people don't do that ever in a vacuum in these positions.

Your 3 bet sizing is bad, it's far to large

No need to 3 bet this hand even vs a fish, far to thin to raise for value

Same thing as above. No need to 3 bet this hand vs a fish, far to thin to raise for value plus this hand plays well MW
I think your 3 betting way to thin for value vs fish, almost all the hands you posted where you 3bet thin vs fish you are dominated, it's fine to widen your 3bet value range but hands like KJ QJ in the spots you chose are a litte to thin IMO
