1000th post

So i've been told that the 1000th post is quite a big deal. The amount of great poker advice and enjoyment i have had from the two plus two forum has been fantastic over these 1k posts! Due to this, I would like to give something back to the poker community. I could write some kind of long winded post about something that has been discussed a million times before, but I'd rather not waste everyone's time.

I of course don't want this to come over in anyway self indulgent so best to cut to the chase. I'd like to offer a couple hours of free coaching, preferably a micro stakes FR grinder as i feel this could be really beneficial to someone. Could potentially do a session with a couple or few of you at the same time if there is multiple interest. Please feel free to post in the thread or pm me if you'd be interested.

Gl at the tables and here's to another 1k posts!

Makes absolutely no sense.
Makes perfect sense when your playing on the toughest site on the net where the regs are not making nearly as many mistakes as the regs you are playing against.

If I was playing vs regs all day who can't fold TP, the above line would make no sense either. Unfortunately the quality of play on Stars is really just that much better

this was vs a tag ABC reg. I am so so disappointed in myself for bet calling the river because i know he never ever shoves 22 and never ever turns AQ into a bluff. This only leaves QQ and AA which i reckon he has close to, if not 100% of the time. Oh well, the call proves i was right, right?

Hi Bena, saw yr post in the uFR Stars regs thread. I would definitely be interested in your coaching offer. I currently play lol5nl and 10nl, beating them for a small WR playing nitty ABC. You might be planning on coaching higher stakes, but if you are happy to coach some nanostakes, I'd greatly appreciated some advice from someone like yourself to help push my game on. Sick graph for yesterday btw.

                        ---

Been great to take a full day off today. Ventured out into London on Boris Bikes. For those of you who don't know what they are, they're bikes that are docked all over London and you can rent them by the hour (like £1 per hour). It's amazing how involved i can get in grinding and forget there is great stuff to do all around me whenever i want. I guess the good weather really helps with this Biked around loads of London, then went to Hyde Park and rented a pedalo. Was loads of fun, although kinda stressful with getting constantly gang banged by busses etc.

                        Couple photos from today:

Crazy parrot lady casually walking around

My gf charlotte rocking the pedalo:

and me feeling a little uneasy as i hate being on open water lol

If I was playing vs regs all day who can't fold TP, the above line would make no sense either. Unfortunately the quality of play on Stars is really just that much better
The only sense it makes is a lower winrate for all regs

Your favorite lines are value+value+chkfold value yet you love to bluffcall twice and shove air. Meaning you are both just trading value folds.

Just as forhayley said in google's runitonce video. Your "GTO" thinking is good for a weak winrate but you're costing yourself tons of money by thinking everyone is so damn though and not trying to actually exploit the person with basic logic.

anyways i dont want to argue more about this in yet an other thread. I was just here to celebrate the 5k day. That's sick. Congrats.

Gross spot vs tight reg. Should just fold to turn shove i think:

So I went from a standard reg to tightish reg to pretty crappy reg in a few weeks. Must have made some pretty bad plays vs you. But that's fine I have you marked as a reg fish thing so it's all good

Don't take that the wrong way. If i can call you std reg, tightish reg and crappy reg then it suggests that i don't have you figured out yet. Apologies if i offended you but i made that comment after a losing session which is the only reason i called you crappy.

Besides, who cares if a reg fish called you crappy

I hope there's no hard feelings. gl
