I guess i mean river jam is very thin considering villains calling range will be 2p that made boats. When villain calls turn with a bet thats quite large and being polarized would you agree his range is also very strong? Would villain call weaker Ax like A8? I suppose villain has more flushes in range too but would they now fold river? So we are folding out hands we beat and only or mostly getting called by hands that beat us?

Im just trying to get my head around the river play and what is correct

I guess i figured he could call some worse flushes but yeah in hindsight i should x/f the river.

                    Monthly Update

Another tough month but finished about $500 down pre rb (the graph is missing ~2500 in losses. As you can see it was pretty swingy and i definitely struggled to deal with it mentally. Bloody impressed i played 78k hands though!

                    Graph

                    Stake breakdown

                    Goal review

                    Quote:
[x] Keep on top of off table work Have done several sweats + HH review +coaching videos
[x] Have interview for new psychotherapy course Have to complete an essay to be accepted onto the course
[ ] Win Post rb winner..?
[x] Majority A- game Certainly the majority, but still not as much as i would have hoped
[ ] no 1k+ unless i'm up $7500 for the month There was too good of a spot to decline only 34 hands though! Still a fail
So overall i'm feeling quite mixed. Feeling good that i've come to the end of another really ****ty month and with rb i've actually made a bit of money, but also quite disheartened that i'm on a 145k hand losing stretch. All i can do is keep plugging away and see how things develop.

                    Goals for next month

[ ] Complete Object Relations assignment and be accepted onto first year of Masters
[ ] No 1k+ unless huge spot or up over $7500
[ ] Not lose every match while smb is away
                    [ ] Read two books
                    [ ] Gym 3 times a week
                    [ ] Gain some weight

Keeping it simple this month on the goals front

Here's a pic of my new nephew for June rungood!
