Do u grind strict schedule everyday or u liek to be more flexible and sometimes grind that time and other day other time ?
How many hours u usually reg games?

What means in your opinion "full potential as an mtt pro" (in your case) ?

My schedule has been pretty random so far this year, have started to grind more mornings now which I'd like to keep up. Mostly regging 82BB-b27 + turbos or regspeeds up to b44 depending on how I feel. So 4-6 hours of regspeeds. On Sundays it's more, usually late regging the kickoff and stop regspeeds at b55 but sometimes have heart left for 55 stack and 55BB.

With thread title I mean, explore where my ceiling is in terms of moving up and earning potential by giving it my all. No idea where that will land me but basically it should be a long process of adding things to my study/improving my game and grinding. I'd love to be a hs reg one day in the future but still have myself tagged as a rather weak reg at low/midstakes atm so I'm aware that there is a long, long road ahead of me in terms of technical skill and mental game.

Just got back from Malta and it was pretty chill. Not much to report in terms of exciting stories since I went with my mom haha Got the advice to move there before the summer months wrt looking for an appartment so I'll be sorting some stuff out in the upcoming month and probably pack my stuff and vamoo over there. Bit nervous about it all but I guess it's time to just get out of my comfort zone and go do that.

Played smallish session yesterday and was a bit dissapointed in how I played/focussed. Had a pretty exciting run in the end though but it fizzled out in 9th:



Was glad with how I played in the deep stages of this one, just have to take that focus with me in the early stages of a session as well.

Not a good feeling getting snapped by bb there oh well, gonna start playing the early schedule now and go out tonight. Gonna try to get some solid study in tomorrow after the hangover cures, feel like I've been slacking a bit. Will put rest of March goals later, not sure yet what they should be

Hey man, thanks for the words! Am still mostly off weed in the sense that I'm not ever smoking at home anymore, which is a huge change vs last year. Only times I ever smoke again is in the morning hours after a party or sth when someone rolls one before heading home. I honestly couldn't imagine grinding without smoking either but it's not been all that difficult. I'm still naturally pretty low on energy though so can't say I feel a huge difference but it's definitely been a positive overall.

1. Pre mixing fold/3bet. Flop pretty std, turn we pick up good equity but doesn't seem like a card that will get x/folded often by villain. We'll get a few folds though prob and get to set up a riverbarrel. River shrug and fold

Q9hh: Thoughts on checking behind flop? I find myself checking these textures a lot in general (we can call every turn+ he will have so many gutshots/draws that will bluff+protect checking range a bit). i find the 2 barrel interesting and i think it makes sense in a lot of ways...nice call #gotem

It's something I always consider with one of my weaker top pairs, especially with bdfd since it needs a little less protection. Though in this scenario at FT I had been very aggro, cbetting a lot and felt like this villain in particular was eager to station me. So I chose to bet flop and turn, evaluate rivers (checking back a lot of them).

Also a small convo I had on skype with a pigeon in the recent past reminded me that there is a lot of merit to betting flop in these spots with a combo that needs a lot of protection/loses a lot of it's value on overcard turn/rivers so I thank said pigeon for the outcome of this hand Regardless should still be picking some Qx to check back flop with and this remains a decent candidate
