Exactly what the title says.

Basically im going to try and grind up a bankroll before i go to Thailand in about 7 weeks for a couple of weeks.

Ive been playing poker on and off now for around 7 years but never actually sticking to a game or having a certain bankroll separate from my spends.

Im going to playing ZOOM and start at:

2nl $20-$50
5nl $50-$140
10nl$140-$320
16nl$$320-$450
$25nl$450-$1000
$50nl$1000-$2500

Im hoping to do this in around 100k hands which equates to around 2500 hands per day and around 111 buy ins...so it means i have to run around 9bb/100 in all stakes on average... i think this is achievable upto $10nl from what i have seen in the games.

Ill update the thread regularly in the hope that i actually stick to the challenge and dont deviate from it.

2nl Complete

Ive just managed to complete the first stage of the challenge by beating 2nl for around 20bb/100.

I actually believe that winrate is sustainable at that limit, the games are ridiculously easy and you can just autopilot.



Running below EV but still crushing.

Will now try and complete 5nl.. i only have 10buy ins at this level to start with and will move down if i fall below 4buy ins..back to my starting $20.

This should be doable, my biggest losing steak at 2nl was 3buy ins.

Just played 2k hand at 5nl, ran pretty good until i hit a couple of coolers and couldnt catch anything after that.

Feel as though i probably could of folded both hands the way they were played and the amount i had put into the pot.

Frustrating as **** session

Couldnt get anything going, kept getting raised off my draws etc, not hitting when im barreling.

The players are still terrible at 5nl, but you dont as many people open shoving 60bb with 89o etc



Gonna move back down to 2nl til i hit $50 again
