Id agree it is likely a sample size issue. I have done all this stuff before looking for leaks. Ive looked at the last 100k hands and seen that my winrate is terrible from the CO or whatever and great from elsewhere. When you drill down further you find a bunch of hands from that position where you just keep getting coolered meanwhile you are sun running from another position.
Id say you dont suddenly become a terrible player from one specific position, it is likely variance unless you are seeing problems over a huge sample size. HEM can be great for finding leaks but you can also waste a bunch of time agonising over stuff that is just noise in the short term.

The power in my house tripped and when I started up again all my Pokerstars settings etc have reverted to the original settings. Any easy way to get my custom settings back?

Stars settings have died like 3 times in the past month for me. Unfortunately you can’t retrieve the old settings now, but once you’ve set them all again you can go into the stars folder location and save the .ini (or something similar) folder. Then if you lose settings in the future you can just copy that file into the stars location and it’ll be back to your settings
