Well, Ruseman and I ended up heavily drinking last night so I got 0 studying done and woke up late and felt like **** most of the day (still do). HAVE to study tonight though, have tons of sat spots and 25bb spots to try to get through.

Only played the Thursday Thrill SCOOP Editions and then the mini thrill, bricked them all. Traffic was okay today, thought there would have been more 360s but whatever. I'm assuming tomorrow is going to be quite slow so I don't plan to start that early, but we'll see

Been ridiculously busy and haven't even had time to really do anything, let alone update. Have made a couple MTT runs including 20th in the $2100 6m Zoom and then heading into day 2 of the $215 Mil 6/250ish, being 2/200ish where things went badly . Other than the 2 Super Tues's and the first $1050 Kickoff, I've had 2x+ starting stack in every SCOOP-H event...have certainly misplayed some hands but all in all not displeased with how I've played.


In addition, SNGs have been going quite badly as well. Been a frustrating SCOOP, the results aren't frustrating to me (I mean, obv never feels good to lose, but my results never bother me), it's the lack of action in general and specifically at high stakes. This is quite likely the last series where there is any reasonable HS action, and it hasn't been reasonable at all . So bad that I didn't even bother to play yesterday outside of day 2 of the Sunday Mil and also took part of Friday off as there was just nothinggg running. Oh well, what can I do...

Tomorrow is PLO HRer today and there is a $5200 NLHE event as well. Will play that if there is any sat action, otherwise I guess I'll be skipping unless the field looks good which I'm doubting!

Ruseman and I went to the power company and then went to pick up some 100metre extension chords so we can at least charge our laptops+phones etc today running the chords to the hallway. Also stopped to get some food and ran into someone else click click derping away on a phone, Corlusion. Talked for a brief minute, had heard he and some other Aussies were here for SCOOP; if you read this glgl to you bossman and nice to put a face to a screenname!


Just have the $11 100% PSKO event left, was up to 50k by T400 and had $2k in bounties in the 1k, but then lost 4 or 5 straight AI's to bust. Gla on the tables, hopefully tomorrow is better!

Heh yea I noticed this as well, I did not log in to play to Party at all the past week . Also think the cash got credited to my first SN there (I changed it when SN changes were allowed and an option on your account), slayerv1fan, so really random error.



I have a small backup power source, it doesn't last that long due to everything that is connected to it: a huge desktop, 2 dell 30" monitors, gaming laptop, 28" monitor and a few other small things. It is perfect for what it is needed for though; I'm able to run my hyper turbos out and then switch over to my laptop or phone to continue playing. And yes, I have an aircard but I tend to just use my hotspot on my phone as I have 3 or 5GB packages of prepaid data at all times on my phone and it actually functions better than the USB aircard anyhow.

In this situation, Ruseman and I ended up more or less immediately leaving to drive to the power company to pay the bill and to ensure that it would be reconnected the next day. Additionally, we went to this electronic/cable/etc store and bought massive extension chords and a massive phone line so we could at least plug in our laptops + the house internet in the wall outlets in our hallway.

Did build up big stacks in all 3 SCOOP total PSKO events while we were driving around doing all of this, always fun as it feels like kind of a freeroll at that point with the catastrophe on hand

Am taking most of today off, looks like I basically missed 0 traffic earlier and am now sitting the 240+ sats on my side compupter while studying on my grind computer. Will only be around for a few more hours and then hanging out with Lupita for the evening, as we did Tuesday night as well actually. Caught up on sleep last night/today and will be feeling well rested for a big SCOOP ME weekend!

Yesterday built up heaps in both the 215 and 2100 Thurs Thrill, eventually busting well ITM and nearing day 2 of the $215 and losing a massive 3way pot in the $2.1k near ITM where I should have folded OTR after flopping the 2nd nuts OTF and already having heaps in the middle but didn't have the discipline to do so. At least won >2k in bounties in that, but was really looking forward to making a run as the bounties are a fun format

And snapped a couple quick pictures of the truck the other day, license plate is crooked but w/e. New blacker/amber headlights installed and the 3 orange lights got installed on top of the grille (will look v good at night when lit up). Will look a lot better with my new front bumper and winch whenever we get that, along with all my lightbars etc but definitely looks better as is anyway.











A lot has been happening under the hood and on the body of the truck. Mechanic is sandblasting the rims and fender wells and has cleaned up the entire bottom of the truck and fixed a lot of little ****. Really big pain in the ass job but needs to be done. Will be nice too as then when my new rims show up we can get them on and then get tires sized up and ordered as well and then everything will be 100% done on that part of the truck.













Funny side note, finally remember what all the people up in my mechanics neighborhood call my truck, LA PODEROSA. It basically translates to 'The All Powerful.' When I have the truck, he will have people asking him 'ey wey, y que esta pasando con la poderosa?' (hey dude, what's up with the all powerful), pretty funny heh .

I know tons of people come check it out when he's working on it; anytime he's testing something on the engine and therefore the truck is running and a lot of revving going on, will have people from all over the neighborhood coming to check it out...have witnessed that first hand a few times.

But yea, am thinking of getting a custom decal/sticker made, possibly to go across the top of the windshield, that says LA PODEROSA; it might just have to be the name and calling card of the big boy
