Your level of knowledge must be very low if you think factory made drugs that have natural working equivalent are similar to vaccine.

an other murican brainwashed by doctors selling him viagra during his sesame street commercial breaks?

Would make sense since there is almost no anti vaxxers outside of murica

Do you know how many hours of nutrition study doctors have? No? Search for it and you prolly be shocked.

tl:dr: Most doctors dont know sh*t about nutrition.

It's a sad world when people don't know that doctors are simple human(and a lot of them total tards like the whole world) that memorized anatomy books.

Some will have knowledge on other aspect of the human body but most wont. They are not gods amongst men

It would probably help your points if you weren't being so argumentative and being judgmental about huge groups of people in your posts. Try calmly stating your views and the reasons you have them. I think there's definitely some merit to some of the stuff you are saying but it's hard to take someone seriously when they post like this.
01-11-2015 , 04:02 PM
health/science is not a view. You are either healthy or unhealthy. Cells react to certain nutriment a certain way and no matter how much you love your pill shoveling doctor, this wont change.
01-11-2015 , 04:28 PM
Your pompous writing is not that effective at persuasion. Since you clearly care about this issue so much you should change the tone of your writing so that people actually want to hear what you think.
01-11-2015 , 06:03 PM
If your health rests entirely on the way i type online well then that's too bad im not gonna write facts in a different way. This is how i chose to write it and if it offends you well thats too bad and quite sad that you were brought up to need to be pampered into every truth.

This is the sad truth of america.

You tell a fatty hes fat and he cries and kills himself or becomes morbidly obese and blame it on "haters"

You leave america and tell a fatty hes fat often enough and he'll get on a diet and start going to the gym and tell the haters "fu look at me now"

btw if you look at everyone's tone after i posted simple facts it was a bunch of lol/smirky comments. Watch your tone first.

anyways. bloodtest HU for ROLLZ??

Nice posts.

Haha, dont have much to add to this conversation topic, as I said I mostly like to read and take it all in, as I myself don't know enough about health and wellness topics to give my 2cents.

All I will say is this is going to be a process, going from a really unhealthy lifestyle to healthy doesn't just happen overnight, I am trying to take it slow and steady, introducing 1 or 2 new 'good' things at a time, which should increase my chances of success.

Packers won yesterday, made for a happy bro over here! Was a really sick game, not sure on that Dez Bryant overruling, Packers very well might have gotten the W because of that call, close spot and once again, too fragile to be getting into any debates on the topic so I'll just leave it at that. Hopefully Rodgers calf holds up, I will be sweating both games really hard next week obvs.

Did get in a decent Sunday grind even though I started a bit later than I normally would and missed like 3+ hours during the Packers game. Something like 6k vpps and I ran really hot on top of it!

Hopefully it'll keep up, going to get in a bit of volume today and tomorrow, although not pushing it hard either day as I'm kind of busy both days. Today getting a massage at 10:30, so probably only get in like 2 hours before that, and then will get in another session after my massage and stop in time to watch the Ducks/Buckeyes nat'l championship game obvs. Tomorrow afternoon Ruse gets back and we're doing hella errands, so doubt I play much tomorrow other than briefly in the morning-midday.

Hyper sat graph below, sitting on something like 13,750 vpps right now. Gonna stretch, shower, eat a bit, study and then hit the tables, gla today

That's the only good way to do it.

Also what you can do is if you indulge in something very uneahlthy just "balance it out" with something super healthy

Condition yourself to be balanced.

Eat a bowl of chips? Finish it off with 2 fruits.
After a while you'll feel bad when you dont balance.
01-12-2015 , 10:04 PM
Nice graph man looks great

What do you think is the best value to spend vpps on?

Also, I've given up soft drinks for 2015 and so far so good except sometimes I want a drink replacement since all I have been drinking is water. Sometimes I'll have Perrier with a splash of juice, I find it tastes pretty good. Anyways man keep it up one thing at a time!

Seriously, wtf...

Which nutritional scientist did you get that from?

I've lost over 100 lbs over the past couple of years, and for someone at Josh's weight and with his habits, that's actually a good way to start gaining the right kind of momentum for lifestyle changes.

Going cold-turkey, and wanting drastic changes tomorrow, likely won't work in the long run. Gradual changes/shifts, adding the right things, eliminating things that no longer make any sense, embracing the process - is the way to go. And of course, Josh listening to Josh.

I was totally hoping that you'd be a full time MTT GOD this year. It's too bad you can't find a shorter 6-hour daily MTT session to work with (to go with your self-improvement off of the tables), because everyone knows how much you love MTTs.

Best of luck this year!

Best of luck OP on every goal you have this year.

this is the way to go bro, in a bit of transition healthwise myself and just cutting out some bad habits is the best way to make sure you don't get frustrated / bounce back etc.

cutting out sodas is def the most important part, but even there I wouldn't just go to a radical 0. I used to drink like 2l+/day and cut my daily intake to weekly, feel pretty ****ty if I drink more than 0.3/0.5l in a day now. oh yeah water with a squeeze of lemon/lemon juice is what helps me fight against the crave of a soda.

keep at it and do what works best for you, surely cutting all these drugs/uppers is the most important part to stick with.

Just look up the Dolce diet from Mike Dolce! dude knows his stuff. He has podcasts about nutrition and general health which are fun to listen too (because the dude just has so much energy!) so perfect for pokerplayers.

He is the balls, trust me!!
01-14-2015 , 11:08 AM
Dolce. It's a bit gimmicky. It's basically just a paleo variation iirc? (Haven't looked in ages).

I honestly think that it's not about what you choose, but about sticking to a plan/diet and believing in it.

I personally like IF, others low fat, others high fat. Some just stick to macros and do it however. And all can show you case studies of it working with sick before and after pictures.

Go with what's most practical imo.
01-14-2015 , 12:17 PM
Dolce = earth grown nutrients. No weird ****. Thats it. Just veggies, fruits, fish, seeds and more like that. Its not some crazy diet, its just common sense that most of us need to be reminded of every now and then. Food doesnt come out of factories. Its grown by nature to fuel our bodies and pokerminds!
01-14-2015 , 12:44 PM
Yeah that's it. There's a "caveman diet" which is the same basically
01-14-2015 , 01:01 PM
Its not he goes into the differences on his podcast.
01-14-2015 , 01:02 PM
Lol at eating more calories after finishing a bowl of chips, even if it is fruit. Gl tonight in that cage thingy!
