Hey man, im playing reg tables because im searching for the highest ev spots at all times. Not playing much ps at the moment.

Yeah doing exactly that, feeling really good. I used to take ice cold showers daily for about two years and I was much healthier, dont know why I stopped. Been doing this for a couple months now again, and yeah, feel energized, sleep well, and its a nice routine for me. Can be a little challenging when its -10 outside but the colder the better Are you doing it too?


Last few days quite swingy, got absolutely smashed by some whales in tons of small/mid spots. Also been working on my game tons and hitting all daily goals.

Had today off. Went to an ATP 250 donkament. Was pretty cool, got to see Tsitsipas training, then Haase and Monflis! Monflis beasting out 230km serves, sometimes no second serve just 220km x 2 lolz.

Quick update: Crushing 200nl and losing a bit at 400 and 600. Annoying since the 400 games i play are softer than the 200, usually quite a few volatiles on the tables just cant hold in the deep pots.

Also kind of interested in playing live there is a 2/5 deep game running daily in my city which is quite soft. Looking to sell some of my action since i want to negate some of the variance or even a staking deal if anyones interested drop a pm.

The table nit, a very old man who literally only plays the nuts from what iv seen limps in MP, 3 limp behind, I make it 25 with KsKc, MP and one more call. (200bb effective with MP and 120ish with other) Flop T75r, I bet 40, Nit auto calls, other guy folds. Turn 7o, I start counting out chips and I see villain stacking his chips into one large pile lol, at this point not sure if scare tactic or im about to get jammed on so I check and he snap overbet jams. I tank for a bit thinking fml what if this dudes just overplaying a limped JJ or w/e but just end up mucking and getting on with it. Later on he told me had TT, but not sure if srs.

Hand 2 vs rude English guy

English dude whos (without a lie) 16 beers in after 2 hours at the table is sitting with 800 and opening every hand to 20. He is drunk and singing rock songs while the table suffers since hes donating (well running like god but yeah hes a whale). When he wins a hand he sometimes gave the loser the finger, management told him to stop he apologized then kept doing it lolz, i couldnt care less i want this guy hanging around. Im directly oop to villain and in limp the nizzles mode to reraise and get 50bb+ in pf every time mode. So, i limp mp with AKo, whale makes it 20, 2 callers, I make it 80, whale calls rest fold. Flopppp A73r, CHECK, whale bets 50, i call, turn Qbdfd, CHECK, whale tanks, whale bets 160, at this point i feel like i could of gone call call again otr but decide to rip since theres now some draw too, i tank and jam he looks at me smiles and folds lol ok. Goes to shake my hand but tries to be cool and does the fake hand shake only to spill his beer all over him lmao luckily missed me then went on tilt and ordered 2 more.
