Hello folks,

Orojanjivu here.

Sadly enough I could not log on from my old username any more
-I had forgoten the password and the email used to create it is inactive now.
Thought the easiest solution is to create a new one and not bother anyone.

Brief history:

Over the past 8-9 months I've established myself as one of the better
regulars in the 100 zoom pool beating the game by nearly 4.5/100 over decent sample.

The challenge:

Some time ago I would have signed for this WR and be extremely
happy about it - meanwhile I know better. Way higher WR should be
achievable and here is why:
*If I had to estimate roughly only 30% of the time I was playing my a-game.
*There were plenty of tilt sessions, and plenty of bad autopilot among
what u see in the graph.
* Looking at my own game it seems as there is stil a lot of room for improvement.

With that in mind I am going to settle for:
No less than 8/100 over the upcoming 500k hands starting now!
..There, I said it!

This may take quite a while. Normally I play 3-4 tables but for this challenge
I wanna go to two tables only.
Many may say that 8/100 is not even super impressive but have in mind
that we are talking zoom here - when there is no bumhunting or table selection.
Also its 2017 (f*k I'm getting old)

What I hope to prove with this?

I want to prove that the games even to this day are fully crushable.
For myself I want to focus rather on quality than quantity - and get my
game all ready for 200 zoom, when I intend to follow up this with another,
similar challenge.

Why don't I move up?

Its complicated but bottom lines are:
Had two failed attempts at 200NL when I could not relax and simply play
well, leveling myself unnecessarily and endlessly - gaining nothing but
a shiitload of stress and caring too much about the money.
I don't want to settle at 100 but attacking 200 should not
happen again until the end of this challenge.

What to expect?
Its going to be mainly updates on how I am doing.

What not to expect?
Strat discussions (I tend to overdo things when proving my point) and hand histories.
(may make some exceptions here)

So, yea.. its going to be a pretty straight forward and mostly boring journal and to
"spice" it up a bit I will ask two things from you.

*What odds do you give me?
*The one who makes the best prediction of the WR (2 decimals) by the end
of the challenge can choose between:
a) having me send him/her his favorite chocolate.
b) 4 hours of free coaching - sharing some of my "secrets"

God my idea of spicing it up sucks , but that's all I could come up with for
the moment. Wish me luck!

PS: I am talking EVbb/100

6,23bb is my guess.

I have very similar winrate as you 3-4 tabling. Your redline and blueline imo. look like you bluff alot (succesfully) and blueone that you might call too wide vs. population / use too big betsize at some spots for value (people fold too much). I can be wrong though.

Considering nl200 people call a lot more which prolly makes you want to cut some stuff away your doing at nl100. I struggle with 200nlz aswell for same reasons.

Good luck with challenge!

Wooohooo - what a massive response! Thank you for the support
I was hoping to see you all having a bit more faith in me but then again,
in your shoes id be very likely be betting against me
Great to see some fellow grinders wishing me luck - very much appreciated.

@kiljuseppo

Mostly agree with everything you say there. Would like to add a few things however.
Large chunk of the redline goes to thin river-valuebets.
When its checked to us and we have 2ndP OTR - and decide to go for thin value two things happen:
-We get a fold ->red goes up
-We get a call -> red remains same but its neutral for blue if we are somewhat balanced and regs
call with appropriate ranges.
In reality however, population seems overfold in certain spots so when they do call down stronger range only
- we lose quite a lot on blue and win a bunch on red. It comes down to three factors i think.

-I valuebet thinner.
-That enables me to bluff more.
-Population overfolds.

When we always check our 2ndP type of hands then blue will go up but our red will surely not.

As for the blue I am very stationy - with very low folding frequencies.
My WTSD even years ago was steadily at 34 (seemed outrageous back in the day)
- today WTSD for most regs seems way higher than it was ages ago.

I am very curious about the lines villains take and i take PLENTY of my catchers to showdown.
With the information gathered I hope to get more insights about villains play and their general
idea of poker and hopefully make proper adjustments.
That way I hope to make some sense out of me calling wide, but I certainly
will have to learn to fold more. (genuinely doubt Ill ever be able to change this )
